In total I paid $2000 for them to break my irrigation system and have 1/2 my yard die. I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. Oh, but you have no idea whether that's this week, next month, 4 months from now - who knows! Not Backflows Northwest. I called them to make sure the rates were accurate, and to get an idea of when they would do the test. The guy was super nice, and he said he'd do the test on Wednesday, and they said they'd leave a note on the door when it was completed. They did it a day early, and left the note on the door just like they said. This was exactly the ideal experience in my opinion, so I strongly recommend them!
