You had no idea that a blizzard storm is approaching your team and you need to seek shelter right away. This is the time to sharpen your survival instincts so your team would be able to live through this storm and bring back the research evidence to base! HIT THE BULLSEYE -Intriguing storyline and very different from a lot of the survival and rescue themed rooms we've played so far -All the props used were relatable to the storyline and we felt like we were in a real igloo -The lighting and ambience went well with the room design -Puzzles were mostly linear but explained the story in a reasonable order to accomplish the final goal. With that said, our recommended size for this room would be a max of 3-4 people due to the size and communication factor in the room MISSED THE MARK -This is the first time we actually had to pay attention to the storyline from the game master for something we had to use in the room later. Perhaps there could be another hint in the room just in case the players missed it at the beginning, and it doesn't have to count as a hint? -One game piece might need a bit of clearer instruction of what is "on" and what is "off" from the start as it was a bit confusing to figure out on our own -The hint system utilized can be heard only in one area of the room. Perhaps a speaker that can cover all areas can be installed that would make the players experience more pleasurable -For a more immersive feel to the storyline, the outside area of the door could have a bit of a "blizzard" feel before entering -Some added on wind or lowering the AC effect can also bring in a more immersive feel to the experience. Music would definitely help as well. -The ending could use some work. Perhaps an added-on sound effect for the helicopter rescue just to signify the win as we didn't realize we had been saved until the game master came in a few minutes later saying we've already completed all the tasks TAKE A SHOT? This room reminded us of a "fantasy cartoonish world" like Disney's "Frozen". We felt that kids would really enjoy this room due to the color, props used, and the set design. Some puzzle aspects might even be easier from their perspective as the dim lighting made some clues and colors harder for us to see. We feel that kids will have no issues identifying them. We really enjoyed putting our mindset to basic survival skills and working our steps to finally being successfully rescued!

While I had never been to a VR arcade before, I have used an Oculus headset in the past and so I more or less knew what to expect. The staff member working at the time, Scott, was extremely friendly and helpful, and gave me an overview of all the different games that were available to play. For Room-Scale VR, they have 30, 60, 90, or 120 minute play times. I paid for 30 minutes, which was $28. I started off with an archery game called Elvin Assassin, where I had to defend a castle from orcs who were invading. I felt like Robin Hood, it was so fun! Next I played a Rythmatic 2 game (which was similar to Beat Saber) where I had to use light sabers to slash beats of music as they flew toward me. This one also required some shuffling back and forth, and I was honestly a little out of breath by the time I finished! I ended with a game called Ragnarock, which was another music game where you're sailing on a viking ship and need to pound drums with giant hammers to the sound of the beat. I was able to play all three games within the 30-minute session. I had a really fun time and can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend for a night out with friends, birthday party, etc.

I thought it was so cool to have the ability to play multiplayer games with our friends where we could actually see each other in-game, and they had an awesome selection of games to choose from (100+!). My favorite part was getting to do the racing similar with my fiancé. It felt so real, and the feeling of accelerating was so cool! I wasn't sure how I would do since I have a pretty bad history of motion sickness, but I was surprisingly fine. Xperiment VR makes a great family outing or date night, and would definitely be a great place for birthday parties!

We did the drive through corn maze and and haunted houses. So much fun! (All adults here 30+) and we all had a great time. You first arrive to the drive through 20 mins prior to your selected time- wait just a little while which i liked because everyone goes in one by one and this is cool- plenty of space between cars!you tune your radio to the given station and drive through the attraction. Awesome set up- awesome actors - awesome experience. Lights off windows down and non stop spoOkiiness!! Following that you are directed Into a parking lot- park and you can enter the haunted houses. They are all little individual " panic rooms" very cool! All different themes in each house separated by a corn maze. After all of that you are led into a little village where there is a stage and they do magic performances- along with some food stands and the cutest little trinket store where we got some cool vintagey Knick knacks! I have to say, for an adult this was a lot of fun for our group of 4. There was no " bumping " into other people's groups or little kids ruining the time for us. The lines look kind of long but with social distancing implemented it's really not and you move right along! Not like haunted house ma use to be years ago when it was just chaotic and lines were insane.. The set up was so smooth and easy to follow ensuring you don't miss a thing ! From one attraction to the next just smooth transitions. It was definitely worth the hour ride! They did an amazing job with all of the decor and set ups you can tell they put a lot of work and care into their scare factor. Will definitely be back !!!! Great job & Thanks so much!!!!

The Institute for American Indian Studies Museum & Research Center (IAIS) has an incredible museum exhibit which allows visitors to travel through time - displaying astounding artifacts while presenting information on prehistoric to contemporary Native Americans. They have a parking lot available right in front. To further their educational services, IAIS created "Wigwam Escape" - an escape room to challenge the ordinary museum experience. In continuing to preserve and educate the public about pre-contact natives, "Wigwam Escape" allows you to do so though an interactive, stimulating and captivating experience. We were fortunate enough to meet with the program coordinator and the room designer. The level of creativity that was implemented into the storyline, decor, and the puzzle designs really shows the level of passion IAIS and the staff have for their culture. From the customer service provided when you arrive to the lobby area, the staff is extremely kind and professional. The room itself had a fair amount of technology incorporated but because the storyline is that it happens in the year 1518, it's kept at a minimum. The technology used was cleverly used to keep up with the year 1518 which was quite impressive. The decor provided a realistic, immersive experience. Just a heads up that "Wigwam Escape" has is that some of the puzzle designs require bending down which could be physically challenging for some people but since this does require team work, we are sure you have someone in your group that's up for the challenge! We really recommend checking out IAIS and Wigwam Escape for an entertaining AND educational experience!
