I had an Amazon return that had to be taken to Kohl's or Whole Foods. What a pleasant surprise…read morewhen I entered Kohl's as I've not been there forever. Light and bright, merchandise tastefully displayed and nice wide aisles. Of course I stayed to shop (kind of the idea, right?) My guy found a great jacket, we checked out a vacuum I thought I wanted (too heavy) and then stopped in Sephora. It's a satellite store so it doesntt have a lot of variety. I did find a new color eyeliner (for me) in the brand that I like (less than the competitor). Unfortunately, the shade I tried and loved on my hand didn't work for me. I stopped back a couple of weeks later and found a color that was fantastic (60 day is their return policy). There was a 50% sale on selected prestige brands that day too. Checkout in Kohl's. The line was huge (black Friday) but it seemed to be going fast. An employee pointed out self-checkout - awesome. Five minutes and we were walking to the car. We will be going there again soon. Great point program too, BTW.

Amazon returns made easy: I showed the photo I took of the QR symbol Amazon sent authorizing the return, the gent behind the counter could not get a clear shot at it because I took a blurry photo. Fortunately, I also took a photo of the shipping label from my return email and the bar code there was readable with his device. His machine printed up a shipping label which he slapped on my package and then it printed up my receipt. The biggest problem with shopping online is returning the merchandise if it doesn't live up to expectations. Kohls makes Amazon returns simple, friendly, & easy.

What really takes this place over the top is the friendly service provided by the owners. We were looking to complete a bedroom set and they called their contacts to try and find a missing piece. I went with my boyfriend, who has some RV experience, and even though we hit a few financial hiccups, the General Manager, Joe, completely turned the whole experience around. Joe was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. He guided me through every step, found me the best deals, and kept me updated nonstop with what was happening with the bank. I genuinely don't think I would've been able to purchase my RV without his help. I HIGHLY recommend this Camping World location over any others. I had bad experiences elsewhere, but once I found this location, everything changed. They earned my trust, and I'm so grateful for the amazing service! If you want it even more energetic, more emotional, or more concise, I can shape it however you like.

RUN -- and save yourself the trip…read more I drove nearly two hours today from Venice, Florida, fully prepared to spend approximately $30,000 cash on a camper. Instead, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, not a single employee greeted us, acknowledged us, or offered assistance. We spent a significant amount of time walking through roughly 30 campers completely on our own in 94-degree heat. Many of the units were filthy, poorly maintained, and several had obvious broken or missing parts. After looking through the campers, we went inside and still received absolutely no acknowledgment from the sales staff or management. No greeting. No offer to answer questions. No offer of water despite the extreme heat. Nothing. The manager didn't even bother to look up. The only reason we had any interaction with a salesperson, Vlad, was because a camper had been parked in front of our vehicle, preventing us from leaving, and we had to ask when it would be moved. I cannot understand how a dealership expects to sell RVs while completely ignoring customers who are ready and willing to buy. I arrived excited to make a purchase and left shocked by the lack of professionalism, customer service, and overall condition of the inventory. This dealership lost a serious buyer today, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My previous (and excellent) Walgreens pharmacy closed down and I was funnel into this new location…read morewhere, apparently, customer privacy isn't considered at all relevant. Years ago, I was in charge of creating online, HIPAA training and certification software for a network of children's hospitals located throughout the North American continent. I'm pretty aware of what HIPAA regulations are and what they aren't. I only wish the pharmacist that I dealt with today had the same knowledge. An added extra? How about a smile and basic customer relation skills? 90% of the healthcare professional's job is dealing with patients in a friendly and positive manner. Treating customers/patients like bothersome nuisances is all too often a sign of incompetence and negligence. Trust me, I know. I appreciate that Walgreens is struggling and shutting down no small number of pharmacy and store locations, allegedly due to the inability to make a profit (go figure). This is definitely a circumstance, where one pharmacist, in one location, creates a bad reputation for all others - as well as the company. You might choose to stay with Walgreens, but do yourself a favor - skip this location.
