I went in to mail a Fedex package. There was no one at the Fedex counter (there never is). The guy at the register was really rude. Told me it wasn't his job to handle the Fedex counter. He couldn't answer me when I asked who's job it was and why there wasn't anybody at that counter. Horrible experience. read more

My previous (and excellent) Walgreens pharmacy closed down and I was funnel into this new location where, apparently, customer privacy isn't considered at all relevant. Years ago, I was in charge of creating online, HIPAA training and certification software for a network of children's hospitals located throughout the North American continent. I'm pretty aware of what HIPAA regulations are and what they aren't. I only wish the pharmacist that I dealt with today had the same knowledge. An added extra? How about a smile and basic customer relation skills? 90% of the healthcare professional's job is dealing with patients in a friendly and positive manner. Treating customers/patients like bothersome nuisances is all too often a sign of incompetence and negligence. Trust me, I know. I appreciate that Walgreens is struggling and shutting down no small number of pharmacy and store locations, allegedly due to the inability to make a profit (go figure). This is definitely a circumstance, where one pharmacist, in one location, creates a bad reputation for all others - as well as the company. You might choose to stay with Walgreens, but do yourself a favor - skip this location. read more

I don't typically review Walgreens but this one I particularly appreciate. Why? Because they are one of the few places in Pinellas County that you can find a COVID-19 vaccine or booster for toddlers. Why does St. Petersburg, FL - with a population of over 250,000 - not seem to have any pharmacies that offer this and yet Seminole, FL - with a population of about 20,000 people - has it? I don't know. But, even though I had to drive a while from St. Pete, I'm glad this place offers it! And the pharmacy was quick and friendly in getting my kid their booster. The pharmacist was friendly and of course they had a huge selection of toys my kid could pick after getting the shot. The store was clean and the staff were unfailingly friendly. Thank you, Walgreens! read more

The original Walgreens pharmacy I used was shut down and I was pushed to this pharmacy. It might possibly be the worst all around pharmacy I have used. Staff is extremely rude. They will actually pick up the phone and hang up. They will cut you off mid-sentence. Medicine is always on delay or not prepared when they tell you it will be. I suggest driving to another Walgreens. I can tell you it's not just a one off day. It is a regular occurrence for this pharmacy. It has almost been a year and I will be switching as nothing has changed. read more

Walgreen's pharmacist committed a patient abuse on Aug 10, 2023. Denied an ordered Rx, stating they cannot be refilled online, but have to be called in. WHAT? And I had to be down there by 3:30, because they were closing. This was a Friday, Aig 10, 2023. Could not make her deadline went Friday am, BUT THEY WERE CLOSED! And stayed close all weekend. Rx not a led to be filled only but that Walgreens, because of the control substance.. s SHAMESHAMESHAME. read more

I was in Walgreens today and selected an Easter basket. I asked employee about price. He looked at tag under that basket and told me price. I went to check out and price was different. Showed clerk tab and told her employee quoted that price. Two employees told me it was the wrong item and price but didn't show me which bunny basket came up with that queue # I wouldn't pay that amount but don't think that was good customer service. We've been going to this Walmart for years and it never disappoints. It's clean, easy to navigate and has most items I need to get. The folks in the pharmacy and the front end are friendly. I actually like the ease of the text messaging system when refilling prescriptions. read more

I see why the only have a 3.5 star review customer service is absolutely horrible, they all believe they are better than you and want to control you. Any Walgreens but this one, so many pharmacist come and go from the store. I wonder why read more

Had a bit of a stressful morning because the Madeira beach location gave me a really hard time trying to get a PCR test for an upcoming trip. I tried both the pharmacy and the clinic and was turned away at both for scheduling a same day test. I drove to the Park Blvd. location hoping they would be more accommodating and Jeremy was able to pull my appointment time up no problem and within less than 5 minutes! I appreciate the extra effort so much! read more

Very rude pharmacy technician here don't come here snotty! One was nice and professional while the other to refused to help me. Another customer came in and they you sang me to fill it for you real quick? But I gave to wait 25 minutes. Good customer service should be offered to ALL CUSTOMERS. Her name is Ciarra!!! read more

I dropped off a prescription at the pharmacy, came the next day to pick it up and they lost my prescription information. I then had to get my doctor to call it in again and it then took Walgreens multiple days to get the medication. I really needed it soon, and the delay caused health problems. Trying to explain this to the pharmacist fell on deaf ears. He was rude and sarcastic as I was just asking them to please either call my doctor or just give me the prescription back and I would go to another pharmacy. Fortunately this problem helped me discover they my medication was cheaper at both Publix and Walmart, so it all worked out well. Avoid this sad excuse for a business and go to CVS or Walmart or Publix instead. read more

We had my husbands prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy to Walgreens and when it came time to refill medications Walgreens had deleted all of the prescriptions. Now our doctors have to be notified to get new prescriptions. We will not return to Walgreens. Very poor customer service and they could care less. read more

The Walgreens pharmacy at the corner of Seminole Blvd. and 102nd Ave. is pathetic. They always have an excuse why they can't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. The staff at the pharmacy is not very friendly either. My advice, find another Walgreens that is more efficient and friendly. read more

Just horrible customer service I went and asked for help finding topical and pharmacist Donna said go to end of aisle look left I went per HER directions and nothing close there then went back after searching for a few minutes in my own and she repeated same directions not making any effort to help me and acts as if Her needs are much more important. Now I am calling my doctor to have all prescriptions moved from here to CVS. Nice job Walgreens I am ensuring my portfolio has none of your stocks. read more

Great staff, always super helpful. This store actually has a photo center! Very hard to find now and still can be done in an hour!

Great staff, check the dates on your soda from there. Bought some Coke and it expired nearly 2 months before the purchase date.
