Service was definitely on the slower side, and quite a few people seemed to be waiting a while for their orders. For my drink, I ordered the brown sugar miso latte. Overall, it was a really well made latte, and I enjoyed it. My only criticism is that the advertised flavors weren't noticeable. I couldn't really taste the brown sugar at all, and the miso was maybe slightly present, but it mostly tasted like a really good traditional latte. I actually appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet. I just wish they had leaned a bit more into the flavors that make the drink unique. For the food portion of the Yelp Elite event, I was offered a choice of a guava turnover, or a bacon breakfast burrito. I went with the burrito. The burrito itself tasted pretty good, but there were a few things worth mentioning. It was noticeably smaller than I expected, especially considering its regular menu price. Since it was complimentary as part of the event, that wasn't a big deal to me. The other issue was that my bacon breakfast burrito didn't actually have any bacon in it! Not a single piece. I thought I had found some in one half of the burrito, but it was just salsa after trying it, haha. The potatoes were also a little undercooked for my preference, almost on the raw side, although there weren't many of them. I didn't bring any of this up to the staff because I wasn't too concerned about the bacon, and everyone working there had been so nice. I'm sure they would have tried to make things right if I had said something. From reading some other reviews, it sounds like the burritos may be prepared ahead of time and reheated, so perhaps that contributed to the experience. All that being said, I really enjoyed the Yelp Elite event. It was well organized, there were options to choose from, and the team there was nice. I do want to be fair with my feedback though. If I had visited as a regular paying customer and received the same food and drink, I probably would have walked away a little disappointed, particularly with the burrito. Overall, I had a good experience at the event, and I'd absolutely consider stopping by again when I'm in the Seminole area.

On a beautiful sunny (but surprisingly chilly) day, I rolled up to a cool tiki-bar vibe right on Gulf Blvd. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid-back, with outdoor seating warmed by heaters so you stay comfortable even on cooler days. I was immediately greeted by a super friendly gentleman (I believe one of the co-owners and the chef), who took the time to answer all my menu questions with genuine enthusiasm. He didn't hesitate when I asked for his top recommendation: the Blackened Grouper Sandwich ($17.98). He told me they source the grouper fresh every day from a local fishmonger, and it showed. I ordered it on a toasted brioche bun with tomato, lettuce, and their house-made remoulade sauce. It was fantastic-- flaky, perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and one of the best grouper sandwiches I've had in the area. All sandwiches come with kettle chips, and you can upgrade to potato salad or coleslaw for just $2. The menu has so many tempting options I can't wait to try next time: the California Chicken Wrap, thank Classic Patty Melt, Bahama Mama smoked sausage, and plenty of cold deli sandwiches like the Turkey Club and Tuna Salad on croissant. This time we ordered the biscuits and gravy (w scrambled eggs and home fries again) and shared that, as well. That gravy is SO GOOD. We were a little surprised that this entree was only one biscuit (instead of 2, like we're used to), and it didn't have as much gravy as the breakfast from the day before. But it was still super delicious. We could've asked for more gravy, but we didn't, and that's on us. Hopefully we go to the beach again next year.
