What I received was certainly not a Caprese Salad, and the included salad dressing was surprisingly low quality and not something I can eat. What I got was a Caprese-inspired Salad. The oils that the mushrooms and artichokes were soaked in thankfully flavored up the salad just enough after cutting it all up. Online they show an authentic Caprese Salad, so I was quite confused. I was able to find some potato chips made with olive oil instead of the sunflower seed oil that I'm allergic to. Those were a nice, tasty surprise. The guy running the register was really friendly. Tender, flavorful, great skin, etc. The leg followed suit, and this was truly an elite bird. I sat there in the Florida sun, seagulls circling me like vultures, appreciating life and the calm Tampa energy. It was a beautiful little moment, idk. I love Tampa. Several slices had gray discoloration and odd textures (see photos). It was enough to make us uncomfortable eating them. For what we paid, we expected at least fresh, safe food -- not something that looked like it had been sitting around too long or stored improperly. Disappointed is an understatement.
