i've never had a problem getting food here until tonight. i ordered my food on the app like i've…read moredone before and set it for asap (11pm) got to the before my order was ready and saw that it was busy so i waited patiently for my number to be called. i noticed they had the smoothie i ordered closer to their side of the counter so i just waited assuming they would give me the smoothie when my food was ready. after it had been sitting there for 5 minutes they called for my drink but there was no food on the counter so i continued to be patient and wait. after another 10 minutes i see them put food down towards the back of the counter far from my reach like if they were going to put it in a bag to hand to me but instead they left it there and i watched more than one employee look at my food and walk away and start doing other things. after the fourth time i watched someone look at my food and walk away and call out other people's numbers the employees started to have a conversation while having other people besides me waiting to get their food. that's when i walked up and politely asked if they had my order and finally they gave me my food around 11:25pm. i didn't want to cause a scene but by the time i finally got my food it was cold after watching people who came in after me get their food faster

We went this evening to this location for Wawa…read more Wawa if I was to compare this to something back home in Canada it would be like an On The Run at Esso gas stations that have Tim Hortons that offers coffee, sandwiches, etc. However, here's where they are slightly better than what we have They have self serve coffee....they have coffee stations you can fill your coffee up with and various creamers and milks you can put in your coffee.....I like this option cause if you are needing to get moving and don't have time to wait in a drive thru or a lineup you can just grab your coffee and go ..... They have a self serve food ordering station similar to how Costco has it where you order your food and then grab it from the counter.....I like that as well as it will cut down on time ordering at the counter They have everything you need here from snacks, and drinks to even alcoholic drinks like beer, etc Staff was super friendly here too Overall this gas station chain here has everything you need and I hope their concept of what a gas station should be will rub off a bit more in Canada Fresh donuts and muffins are packaged where you can get them from a self serve station

The interior is still a mystery to me, I paid at the pump and even got a receipt (not being able to get a receipt at the pump is a systemic in Florida) I sometime feel like it's a stratagem, whatever the issue is it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I assume this guy or the insurance company is not legit , they couldn't even tell me the name of the company. Every time I try to call , I am told I'm speaking with the manager, who is a guy named Aaleen, when in fact my bf spoke to a lady that is the manager here ... it has been tough to get ahold of her. If action isn't taken soon , we will be forced to sue. I have tried being patient and nice, but this is horrible for a business to neglect an issue that was caused by their machine and to take no responsibility for.
