I recently had a disappointing experience at Wawa with an employee named Alexis. Despite having the…read morenecessary coupons, she refused to honor them. I've never had this issue before at Wawa, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way Alexis handled the situation. Her attitude was completely unacceptable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere..... Alexis is an employee with a NASTY attitude. I had the store coupon and the newport coupon (manufacturing coupon) as I do at every Wawa. It takes me a min to open the apps, find the coupons and turn my card from being locked. She she then proceeds to tell me I can't use that coupon. I buy my cigarettes with the double coupons at every wawa I have never experienced this. So I showed it to her and i told her it does work because it already deducted the $3.00 so how didn't it work? So she said something under her breath And walked to the other register to help the long line behind me but times are hard it's the first day of school and I am broke. Sorry I made a line for you, but it's not like u wouldn't have to check them out anyways. She sucked her teeth as she walked over and I said you don't have to an attitude about it. And she came back and took the newports back from me as I'm paying for them. And wouldn't give them back. After I used both my coupons and paid so I yelled for someone to come help me Bcuz now you're stealing from me. I had already paid and was pulling my card out. I was then told by her co worker or boss idk that we can't use two coupons but that isn't true because the system allows you and this is the first time I have ever heard that at any Wawa and I go there everyday. Her name is Alexis and she doesnt need to work with the public. She I guess thought what she was doing was ok to treat someone like that. It's NOT and if u don't know how to do your job u need to get some more training. I am disgusted with her attitude she literally has ruined my morning ontop of everything else. I am going to call corporate and posts this review on every page til someone contacts me back. She makes me never want to shop at Wawa again. Alexis made you lose a daily paying customer. I buy two packs a cigarettes a day for myself n partner and I buy coffee. I am finding a new store.

The manager was there but didn't join in until the lady in front asked him to, After reading the other reviews you would think the general manager or area manager would get his stuff together to fix this, AVOID THIS STORE OF YOU WANT A SUB

I have friends/family with memberships to the Sam'z or Costc-branded type of mega grocery outlets. While fun to visit and browse, I've never really needed one... So when I need to buy in bulk without any membership, I just love shopping here! For me the stand-outs are the fresh meat, bulk cheese, and unusual selection of bulk frozen food offerings. My main goal of visiting here is buying fresh meat in bulk, trimming it myself, and freezing it in smaller packages for enjoying later. I was quite surprised to see so few reviews of this place!?! We are very lucky to have a GFS here. It's sooo much better then the membership alternative! Fair warning: I think this joint is like ALDI, meaning just cash or debit cards. After he hands me my now free upgrade to the XL smoothie he says he can refund me a dollar which is the difference. SMH. It in fact was like $2 but not worth the time to wait when they will probably mess that up too. When did it become this hard to take a prefer for a smoothie and make the right size and kind... I see them adding extra juice or water all the time too. They don't follow the rules well here and the quality of the smoothies on a regular basis are way off.
