At 7:30 am, day of the gender reveal, I get a call asking if I could come in later for the cake. My husband and father in law go to get the cake at 9:00 and it was done incorrectly. I had to drive down myself, just two hours before guests were arriving. The cake said "Baby Herbert" which is NOT our name. There was a reference picture sent and the details were not clearly communicated to the bakers at all by the owner. The bow on top of the cake should have been about three times the size it actually was. The baseball stitching were two different blues. The actual cake itself tasted like it was frozen and then thawed out, especially the frosting. On top of it all, when my husband went to pick the cake up, the bakers let him see the paper that said "GIRL" and he had no idea of the gender considering it was a GENDER REVEAL PARTY. We went through infertility and IVF for 3+ years and this place completely took a once in a lifetime moment away from my husband. I was also told I would be called and NO ONE reached out to me. Absolutely awful experience and I do not recommend anyone to go here.
