Duke responded to the message within Yelp almost immediately. The first part that stood out is his promptness. He answers his phone. I don't think I left one voicemail during the entire process. We had a host of electrical issues that we needed to address before we could put the Home back on the market. The other shocking part to me at least was that Duke was respectful of my time. If he said he was gonna be there at 9 o'clock he was there and in fact, I had initially assumed we would be on typical contractor time, but realized very quickly. I needed to be there when he said he was gonna be there. We had a fairly extensive list of I've work we needed to get done and it was all completed in a timely fashion. Add to this, his prices were actually better than some of the other estimates we received and going back the customer service was excellent.
