Currently, I have my youngest in the toddler class, he's been attending since he was 3months old. Sarah is a wonderfully communicative owner. She's very focused on providing a safe environment for all the children. I have always appreciated the video access to my child's room so that I can check on them whenever I have a moment to spare at work and I'm thinking about them. My kids have loved their time there and we are so grateful for them!

They said they wouldn't not give her a bottle and she could only have a sippy cup, the only way she would get a bottle is if she refused ALL day to drink. Well she only ate two bites yesterday all day and cried herself to sleep 3 separate times. So not only was she starving when she was picked up her voice was cutting in and out where they just let her sit there and cry. They did not fill out her daily forms with how she did and would not give me the login to be able to check in on her and it was her first day. Also, I went through a misunderstanding on when the payment was due and because I was a day late which I didn't know I was told I had to pay the late fee and this is her first week and I'm trying to figure out what they're doing and how things work. So they want to charge me money for misunderstanding the payment due date but then they starved my daughter all day and let her cry and never tried to see if she was okay. When we got home all she did was eat food and drink milk and sleep because of how of an experience it was. I have two older kids that went to daycare for years and the payment was always due on Fridays not the following Monday. I misunderstood and thought I had until that Monday to pay following from the Friday. She refused to understand and didn't want to talk about their negligence, saying I was given a handbook. She's right about that but it also states in the handbook that they're supposed to give me a login so I can see my child and that they're supposed to fill out the daily paperwork which they didn't. The lady that gave them a 1 star review for them dragging a child is correct and telling the truth because this lady only wants money and creates a picture that they're a great daycare which they are not. Please don't send your child here, you have to know them for them to treat you like a human being.

And their integration of physical activity into the daily classroom routine is simply the best we've seen. We've experienced three other daycares, and Little Sunshine Playhouse is by far the best! The teachers, especially Miss Joelle and Miss Paula, have been fundamental in my child's growth. All kids were talking or making some sort of noise. Just imagine how that sounds while you sit in that room. Not sure how kids learn there. I was overwhelmed when I left. I feel overwhelmed again just thinking about that place. I would not recommend. Baby room seemed like a jail. 3 kids (age maybe 6months-9months) were in area behind pony wall. Kids were crawling around and not one staff member was inside. I wouldn't want my daughter in there that for sure. Not safe. All staff looked extremely overwhelmed throughout classes. Overworked understaffed rooms are too small that amount of kids have.

The facility is not only beautiful it is extraordinarily clean, and has everything your little one needs to grow! I enrolled my two and a half year olds this year and she has just blossomed the past couple months at lilac! She looks forward to school everyday and the teachers are so patient, kind, supportive, and helpful to the independent child where they teach multiple languages in everything they do! I'm so impressed by this school and I'm so impressed by Stephanie the director her choices of teachers and the way she treats her staff is incredible as well. Truly this is the best preschool I could have ever dreamed of it's such a blessing and I'm so grateful that it's a part of my community!

Our Pre-K'er blows me away with how much he's learned in Ms. Sarah's class. The school consistently appears to be understaffed, and families frequently receive messages asking parents to keep their children home due to staffing shortages. In addition, there have been multiple state violations, poor communication, and several incidents that we feel were either undocumented or not appropriately addressed. As parents, the safety and well-being of our children are our highest priorities, and unfortunately, we no longer feel confident that this school can provide a safe and reliable environment. Due to these ongoing concerns, we are actively seeking a different school for our children. Based on our personal experience, I would not recommend this school to other families.
