Ultimately we booked 2 nights a week for about 6 weeks. She met us beforehand so we could talk about what we were needing and met my other child to include him in the process, which was lovely. It was such a relief coming home from the hospital with a new baby and knowing that we were going to have support a couple times a week. That first night when postpartum hormones were raging and I was still banged up from birth (IYKYK), Princess was so reassuring, not just in her care for the baby, but also in her care for me. When she brought me the baby, she made sure I had water, snacks, my glasses/phone or anything else I needed. Her manner was so calm and competent that I felt absolutely secure handing her my baby in the night. My husband was also able to get good sleep so he could take even better care of us the next day. The benefits were definitely multifaceted. The first time we came was a couple years ago and my boys loved the experience! We brought them…read moreback again when they were 8 and 6. This time the video games were not working and the tablets were not available to them because the workers said that they could not use them. They said the other toys were for much younger children maybe like for under. So they walked around bored the whole time. We requested that they be fed but when we picked them up they charged us for the food but my kids said they had not been fed so I told them they hadn't been said and they said that the computer listed them as fed but they did not charge us for that . The air hockey machine was broken as well so my kids could not use that. My kids said that the workers were shouting at the kids and didn't speak very kindly. At one point the kids were all shouting the f word but the workers didn't Stop them. They're also were many children and babies but only two workers watching all of them. We love the idea of drop in child care and the price is nice. It was a good experience before when there were things available for older children. But my children walked around bored the entire 2 hours we were gone and never want to go back .​
