Drive-thru Jurassic Quest!…read more We came here after original Jurassic Quest, which was supposed to be at the convention center, was postponed due to COVID. It went from being about $30 a person to $50 a car. This was really awesome and my two-year old son loved it! The tour was fully equipped with life sized dinos, an audio tour paired with each stop and it all ended with a giant prehistoric shark, the megalodon! The tour took about an hour to fully complete and there was swag booth at the end filled with all sorts of toys and JQ merchandise. There was option to go at night or during the day and we opted for the day tour. With the hopes of avoiding any night terrors... we succeeded! This has come and gone through Nashville, but when it returns, I highly recommend it for those dino loving kids!

First of all, I am not and never will be a student of Watkins. Second, I have never been taught by…read morea teacher from this school nor worked for Watkins. That being said, let me list the ways that from that perspective, I can provide you with my 4-star review and why they don't get a 5th star. 1. They are creative - I don't mean, they know how to use crafts and make pretty things. I mean that they have a staff and student body that is committed to creating what they envision and they WILL create it. They have the know-how and motivation to do that. 2. I am actress - from that perspective, I have been on several sets with Watkins directors, producers, production designers, ADs and DPs and they are fun-loving and ready to work. They're not afraid of a challenge. 3. Organizationally they've come a long way (sans the final star). Having worked with a local production company as a producer/and various other titles, I've found that communication is key. I will simply state that one must be ready to be open, prompt, and particularly amiable with clients they need to keep and new clients they'd like to work with long-term. It's a relationship and those take work. Finally, I like this school very much, from my POV. It's a great opportunity for creatives who attend and those who'd like to help create (moi) something memorable - something that will be there to reflect upon and hopefully, frame by frame, help to inspire and influence minds and create future filmmakers and individuals who will do so with integrity. There you have it. Take it or leave it. Or try it out for yourself. :)

I have 3 children currently taking lessons with Jennifer, and plan to have my 4th child start when…read morehe is around age 5. My kids love her and so do I. They are learning and improving every week and they are having fun with it. I especially love that Jennifer not only works through lessons books with them, but she has been incorporating ear training as well and helping them play popular songs on the radio by ear. This helps keep things fun and balanced for them. She is also not afraid to venture into new areas with the kids as they show interest. For example, my oldest recently joined a band, and Jennifer has been helping him work on his band songs as needed. He is also showing interest in songwriting, and she has been happy to help and encourage that. Additionally, my daughter has shown interest in playing and singing, but she is a little shy about it. Jennifer has been great at encouraging her and giving her the opportunity to sing and play. We have recommended Jennifer to several of our kids' friends whose parents have approached us about starting piano lessons. Each have told us how please they are with how lessons are going and how grateful they are for the recommendation. We love her and can't recommend her highly enough.
