There is a studio DOGGO named Mr. Bud and he loves to join in on the classes! I took a vinyasa flow with the owner, Alex. She was so encouraging the whole class and gave a lot of options so you could choose your own challenges. During the cool down stretch they turn off the big light and have color changing strips on the ceiling, which made such a relaxing environment. They even passed out cooled rags to put on your face or neck during the savasana. I felt amazing after this class! They also offer aerial yoga, which I definitely have to go back and try! Besides such a great experience, I did just want to also highlight that they are super active in supporting and helping local animal shelters and rescues. She was even super helpful about the music and lights in the studio, providing me information about how to use both during my rental. She gave me privacy throughout the rental, but she was in the room next-door in case I needed anything. It's Tennessee, though, so it felt a little more humid than my usual home studios! Poles and floor are in great shape, and they easily swap with the quick-lock tech from X-Pole. Restroom was clean and easily accessible and stocked with band-aids and hair ties and other period products if needed. (I believe the restroom was up a stair, though, for accessibility purposes.) Parking lot is a little small and has seen better days; if you can choose between a compact car or a big-ass truck, your compact car will be able to better get back out of here. I highly recommend it to those parents whose children have interest in the dance arts or in a healthy extracurricular activity. The classes offered are Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Tumbling. They also have 'boys only' classes. Most of the teachers, both male and female, are well experienced and young. The teachers have beautiful, sharp, funky, yet elegant choreography skills.
