Heather will follow your directions *exactly* and will give suggestions for improvements/tweaks, but won't force them on you. She's very thorough at brow waxing. Conversation is pleasant, the atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and non-catty. They never force product on you--great selection, though if that's your thing. *Great* at mixing color. My only criticism is I wish there were a little more creativity involved. Personally, I love it when I can give a stylist I trust free rein to come up with something new and edgy on their own. But I'll sacrifice that for knowing I'll get exactly what I ask for at this very dependable, pleasant, clean and reasonably-priced salon. Still, five stars overall for the best in Windham County.
