Michele does a GREAT JOB. She's highly competent and my manicure lasted way longer than usual. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how nice her little room was decorated. It was super clean as well which is always very important to me and an issue that most often prevents me from returning to a new salon. I will say it took me several tries over a number of weeks and months to get an appointment but I am very glad that I finally got in and of course, made a follow up appointment for the next time. The cost was a bit more than I normally pay but for great quality, it is well worth it. I look forward to seeing Michele again soon.

I was leery about having this done in VT in general and by someone who I did not know in particular. I, erroneously, thought most salons up here would be sub-par to the CT and NY salons I am used to. Boy was I WRONG! Michele, from Long Island, is the quintessential nail professional! She knew just how to do my gel nails (not just gel polish) and tips. She was very receptive to my very specific requests. She was friendly, funny and very skilled. The personal attention was a real treat! The salon itself SHOCKED me, as it was absolutely gorgeous. Clean, modern, elegantly decorated and meticulously kept. I felt like I was in an exclusive, private spa at a 5 star resort. It really was a great little oasis from the earthy experience we all love so much about VT. If you need to be pampered and prefer to do it with class and style, this is the place for you! Thanks so much Michele! You made my vacation exceptional! Hannah Smith Wolfgang Fairfield, CT

Northfield is a tiny, lush green town with a total of one stop light and Bobbie's is conveniently located right near it. The trial was free and I left a little concerned about the lack of volume (due to my flat fine Asian hair, not Lori's skill). The morning of the wedding I arrived to have my hair done (before my makeup since Bobbie's doesn't have air conditioning and I didn't want to sweat it all off) and Lori had been inspired to tuck "bump-it's" into my hair... genius!! She expertly added perfectly placed poofs, bumps and curls around my head and gave me the 411 on what to do with my veil. Another hair stylist insisted I eat a fruit bar to avoid passing out in the middle of my vows since I was too nervous to eat. All the girls were so sweet and friendly, it was refreshing to experience the intimacy of everyone in a small town especially coming out from Los Angeles. I left a very happy bride-to-be with hair that lasted the entire wedding day without a strand out of place and would highly recommend Lori and everyone in Bobbie's Hair & Nail for pretty and professional wedding hair.
