Kamran was very responsive and very pleasant to talk with through the process. He gave me a rundown of what cleaning service he was providing and was able to fit me in within a few days, given my personal moving goals. He kept in contact with me and gave me a closer time frame and double checked with me prior to the appointment. I, unfortunately, wasn't able to physically meet Kamran but my parents were there to let him in and Kamran was kind enough to still keep me updated on the process. The space that needed cleaning were 2 bedrooms and a staircase. Essentially the entirety of the upstairs is carpeted except for the bathroom and Kamran cleaned all of the carpet, including the landing and closets. I, myself, didn't even think to mention that as spaces that needed cleaning so I was very thankful that he cleaned those. There was some unexpected difficulties given how far my building was from the parking lot but Kamran handled everything well and still got the job done quickly and efficiently. Honestly, working with Arya Carpet Cleaning and Kamran was a great experience and I highly recommend them if you're looking for any type of carpet or upholstry cleaning! Our sump pump came out of the basin and our subfloor flooded . We dealt with this company several…read moremonths trying to get anything actually accomplished . Sometimes they would just randomly show up at the door . One time several of their workers got here and none of them could speak English and I didn't know who they were and if they were here for our roof? Our flooring ? The sump pump? So they sat outside in their car for about 45 mins until the Allphase person showed up . Then they ran a hose from my subfloor and drained it out to jy backyard until I told them no I'm pretty sure that's a hazmat issue . Then they had to reschedule with a truck. They left out sump pump thrown in the backyard . I thought they were coming back to finish it . They did a week or so later and by then it was flooded again so they had to get another truck and come back again . Left out floor pulled up so we couldn't use our washer and dryer . They contacted a company that they work wi to get the crawlspace all sanitized and they were awful and accomplished nothing and also left it a wreck . So we had months of trying to get anything accomplished with them . Then they tried to bill us $13k for throwing down plastic and spraying air freshener. Still not putting the sump pump back . Finally someone came out and looked at what they had done and how they left it still flooded , sump pump Still on the side of the yard etc and said "yeah that's pretty bad. We won't bill you". Months of wasting our time. . Finally I watched some YouTube vids went to menards asked AI what pump to get etc hopped down in the crawlspace and replaced the sump pump and put the basin back where it needed to go (yeah they left the basin tucked under the floor) and did it myself . We are having The Basement Dr come and they are going to sanitize it , double spray for mold, replace some pillars etc . This is a $37k job. Don't waste your time with Allphase . I made the mistake of thinking they know what they are doing and didn't question anything until it was just ridiculous trying to get in contact with them or even texts .

Wow. I was blown away by the service & honesty of Windsor Rooter/Plumbing. You know how sometimes…read moreyou come across that honest, down to earth company that you'd be happy to do business with? Windsor is hands down one of those companies. ---- We needed a plumber to fix what we thought could be a root intrusion, a clogged main, or a break in our main sewer line. My wife gave me the name of two companies, that she had researched, to call and set up initial appointments. Windsor could not do the day of but I was promptly scheduled for the next day. It was a breeze to make an appointment with Windsor. The other company, could come that day but, couldn't give me even a ball-parked time frame of when they would be there. I got just a 30 minute warning call that they were on the way. The other plumbing company quoted that the repair basically required ripping up part of our driveway to replace sewer pipe and the addition of an access pipe. This was to eliminate their diagnosis: a clog cause by an intrusive tree root into the terracotta sewer pipe. As with any possibly large home project we always seek out additional opinions & quotes... And boy, am I glad we did! Justin, the guy that met me for the appointment was honest & straight forward. I gave him the run down of what the company the day prior had told me and we decided that he'd run a camera down and give me his analysis of this 'let's rip up your driveway' root intrusion. Pretty sure that we he came across the root that he said something along the lines of, 'That's it?'. After running a camera down he let me know that he would not feel ok with ripping up a driveway to fix that small intrusion. That there were much less invasive ways to handle this small amount of root in the sewer line. He did point out a spot a little further into the line from the dreaded intrusion that at some point might become disjointed at a bend in the pipe- something that the initial company didn't mention. All in all, a root intrusion that nearly cost us a massive chunk in repair costs was handled for far less.
