Our sump pump came out of the basin and our subfloor flooded . We dealt with this company several months trying to get anything actually accomplished . Sometimes they would just randomly show up at the door . One time several of their workers got here and none of them could speak English and I didn't know who they were and if they were here for our roof? Our flooring ? The sump pump? So they sat outside in their car for about 45 mins until the Allphase person showed up . Then they ran a hose from my subfloor and drained it out to jy backyard until I told them no I'm pretty sure that's a hazmat issue . Then they had to reschedule with a truck. They left out sump pump thrown in the backyard . I thought they were coming back to finish it . They did a week or so later and by then it was flooded again so they had to get another truck and come back again . Left out floor pulled up so we couldn't use our washer and dryer . They contacted a company that they work wi to get the crawlspace all sanitized and they were awful and accomplished nothing and also left it a wreck . So we had months of trying to get anything accomplished with them . Then they tried to bill us $13k for throwing down plastic and spraying air freshener. Still not putting the sump pump back . Finally someone came out and looked at what they had done and how they left it still flooded , sump pump Still on the side of the yard etc and said "yeah that's pretty bad. We won't bill you". Months of wasting our time. . Finally I watched some YouTube vids went to menards asked AI what pump to get etc hopped down in the crawlspace and replaced the sump pump and put the basin back where it needed to go (yeah they left the basin tucked under the floor) and did it myself . We are having The Basement Dr come and they are going to sanitize it , double spray for mold, replace some pillars etc . This is a $37k job. Don't waste your time with Allphase . I made the mistake of thinking they know what they are doing and didn't question anything until it was just ridiculous trying to get in contact with them or even texts . read more

They were recommended to me by Apex Plumbing for a leak from our master bathroom shower into our first floor powder room. They had to rip out the floor of our bathroom shower and the ceiling in the first floor bathroom. Then it was drying all the mold and making sure it was safe before putting everything back together. Our bathroom is highly customized with unique features and materials. They did a good job finding matching materials to work with to make it look seamless. It took several months and a lot patience but they followed through. They also worked with our insurance company. It's not perfect but we're happy enough with the results. read more

Do not recommend. Water was coming out of bathroom exhaust fan. AllPhase roof inspector could not find any leaks. I remove fan and could see light around fireplace exhaust pipe. Sent pictures to AllPhase. They said that's the leak. Paid $400 to have the area around pipe sealed. Still leaked. After several call a tech came out with equipment to detect wetness in the attic; none found. I examined flexible exhaust duct to find the insulation inside of the duct was soaked. After about 4 calls the roof inspectors came out again and found no leak allowing water into the ducting. Told me their most experience roof inspector would contact me and look for the leak. Never called back. Had another contractor check out the leak and they found cracks and rusted areas on the vent roof cap and replace the metal vent with a plastic vent cap in less than 3 hours. AllPhase Restoration says they will call and then don't. Very poor analysis to determine source of leak. Paid $400 for nothing. If you have a roof leak don't water your time and money. read more

Working with Allphase for our flooded basement was an absolute trainwreck from start to finish. From the very beginning, we were clear on several occasions that we had to pay for this cleanup out-of-pocket since we submitted an insurance claim less than a month ago for the previous flood. Josh explained that although they can't ever provide an official estimate, he has been doing this for 10 years and thought the cleanup would for sure be between $2,000 - $3,000. He showed me where they put new line items into their system on a tablet and explained that moving forward, they would do their best to share what the added cost might be for any new jobs his team would recommend. For the first 2 days of our cleanup (Thursday & Friday), Josh and his team told us that we simply needed baseboards, and carpet padding taken out. They were certain there was no sewage backup (what they call level 3). Josh and another team member put fans and dehumidifiers in the basement to dry it out, and said after a few days of 'dry checks', they would come by to pick up the equipment. Saturday morning, we got a surprise call from a completely different crew with Allphase, asking if they could come over in 30 minutes to tear out 2 feet of our drywall. To this point, Josh had told me this would only need to be done if the drywall tested at a certain moisture level during a dry check. We were surprised and confused as to why they were coming for drywall removal since we weren't sure how this could be determined when a crew wasn't on-site. When the team arrived, neither Josh nor Omar were part of the crew for drywall removal. I asked how they could determine it was sewer backup. The team leader of this group said he didn't know, that he just came to the house to do the task assigned by Allphase. I asked what drywall removal would add to the cost of the restoration, and he said he had no idea, and that I needed to talk to Omar (the manager and first Allphase rep to visit the property). Omar said he didn't know what Josh was talking about. That's not what the tablets are for, and nobody can give me a ballpark estimate on what the drywall tear-down will cost. He was defensive and said I probably confused Josh with someone else in his crew. He also mentioned an insurance claim multiple times which we had reiterated to both him and Josh on separate occasions that we didn't have the luxury of due to the previous flood. At this point, the on-site crew is already cutting down walls so I reluctantly don't ask them to stop, since I'm not a professional and unfortunately have to trust their recommendation if the flooding was sewer water or not, regardless of how they 'discovered' it. As the drywall removal crew left, there were several heavy bags of drywall and nails in our driveway, blocking in both my car and my wife's. I asked if the crew would be removing the trash, and the leader said another crew would be coming back to get it. Ridiculous, but I ended up moving all of the debris to our tree lawn for bulk pickup since we do in fact need to leave the house sometimes. Going into next week, the crew that was supposed to come out to do a 'dry check' did not show up on 3 different occasions. Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. Each time, we received automated texts, saying the crew would be at our house during a specific time frame. Each time, we changed our busy schedule to be home for the crew, and each time, they never showed up without any explanation. It's a shame that people in our community have to go through the trauma of a flooded basement. I've now experienced 2 floods in 2 months and both times the most traumatic experience was not the flood, but dealing with a restoration company. Allphase was just as deceitful as RotoRooter, but they were exponentially more disorganized. I'll never use ANY restoration company again thanks to this experience, and will absolutely not recommend Allphase to my worst enemies. Thanks for taking my wife and I for a ride. read more

TLDR: Overall, a miserable experience from a company looking to swindle people in desperate situations into paying the most possible. Wish I had looked at reviews first, I will make sure to do that in the future. I had an issue with my basement. Small amount of water leaked in a localized area. Discovered the issue quickly, and decided to call a mitigation company so that mold would not develop. This was around 9PM. At 12:45AM, a technician shows up to "dry the place out". He told me they would "float" the carpet (which he said would pull the pad from underneath) and then dry everything out and return it to how it was, except dry. The cost they quoted me was 3800 for a 3 day job, which I said no to. The tech instantly offered to do it for 3000. Wanting this issue fixed right, I figured it was best to bite the bullet and just pay to make sure the issue wouldn't spread. I asked many questions about what he was doing before signing any paperwork, and then agreed to have him get started. He started tearing up the carpet all the way at the edge of my basement, far from where the water was. Still believing he would be putting it back together, I let him proceed. After watching the tech hastily roll up the carpet and bang it through some walls, and tear the pad out very haphazardly, I decided to confirm that he was putting the pad back in after (seemed hard to do the way he was tearing it up and throwing it in a pile. It is at this point that he tells me they throw away the pads and I would need to call restoration to get it fixed. I protest, saying that he told me the basement would be "just like it was, except dry". He said "it will be, as soon as you get restoration". At this point my pads were all torn to shreds, my carpet was ripped up, and the tech actually tore some of the seams of my carpet (that was just laid a year ago). He then left some fans here and left. I spent the entire next day trying to get in contact with various people at AllPhase to sort out what was happening with my basement. After talking with 3 different people who all told me that there was not much they could do, I refused to finish payment for the job until my basement was fixed (completely). AllPhase will act like their mitigation team and restoration team are basically separate companies, and that no one really knows how to bridge the gap between them for you. This is to their benefit so each side can charge you more. They swindled me into a "mitigation" they said would just dry the place out. In reality, they tore my carpet in 3 places, rolled it up, pitched all the pads, and tried to remove the baseboards (which I stopped them from doing, as the water had not even made it that far). Every action they took ensured I would need restoration services. They will tell you that if you need restoration, it will cost extra. What they don't tell you, is that they will ensure you NEED restoration. After all this, I asked why they still wanted 3000, when the fans were only in the house for 30 hours at most, when that price was for 3 days of rental. At this point, the tech reruns the numbers and says it is 2300. I payed that off, then had to still go find my own carpet guys to fix all of the destruction they caused. Their sister plumbing company recommended Allphase to come and do the restoration work after we had a toilet leak that damaged our ceiling. A very uninformed contractor came out and installed fans upstairs and downstairs , misdiagnosed our issue and charged our insurance company $7000 for the use of the fans! They are an absolute nightmare and will put a lien on your home with NO NOTICE and file for wage garnishment for payment on you! They do not work with homeowners for payment they have no special help don't believe the lies! They are rude and so predatory on homeowners with disasters on their homes! They do not clean after themselves they leave your house trashed! J literally have a freaking toilet in my yard they just left there! Also a door and a bunch of wood and who knows what else! They left rubber gloves and trash all over my property!! They will ignore you forever and not respond then randomly start harassing you and threatening you! They threatened legal action on me when I didn't do anything wrong. Do not use this business. I have never been so disappointed with how a company has treated me and my property. From the beginning, it was a complete mess. 2 people were fired from the job on my property without me knowing. I hired them for mold remediation and they forgot to take the initial mold sample to confirm if it was mold or not. I was billed for a completed a service when I still had an active mold remediation going on in my basement. They never came back to take a sample of the spots they remediated to make sure there was no more mold growth. They were supposed to call and let me know if they needed to remediate again and they never did. I had reached out to the project manager on several occasions to get this information with no call or response back. I had to call customer service who was the one who told me that people were fired from the job and that they never took the sample they were supposed to. I kept getting reminders to pay the rest of the bill when I still didn't know what was going on. Things were not moved back to where they were in the basement and I moved them back myself with friends because I didn't want them coming to my house again. This was used against me when the project managers manager called me to pay the completed job. When I asked clarification questions to the manager, Kevin (the manager) argued with me, never answered one question I asked, and threatened legal action when all I wanted was to understand what had gone wrong before I paid because there was so much confusion on their end. I was consistently told different things by different people at the company, and was promised that the rest of the payment would be comped on several occasions, and when I had communicated that to him, he said "You are using what people had said to you for your benefit to not pay us, when that is not what the contract says." They have been horrible to work with. I have let my friends and family know to never use this business. So disrespectful. read more

I found Allphase quality, honesty, and customer service severely lacking. Their subcontractors were reckless, causing significant damage all around my property. When I reported the issues, Clancy and Hassan either attempted to fix it with poor quality/ wrong materials, denied responsibility as preexisting or dismissed my concerns as unreasonable, like restitution is asking for too much but in my case I got all 3 at one point or another. Clancy will also try to charge you for extra material that wasn't used but he did at least adjust it once called out on it. The Columbus owner Hassan Ayoub will threaten you if you leave a bad review as well, the management is extremely unprofessional. This has been the worst experience I've had with a company. I would never use nor recommend Allphase to anyone. I went to them because our plumbing company, A***, recommend them because they are a sister company. Great service from A*** so I trusted that Allphases service will be as well. This is my experience. Forged my initials on the the Emergency Waiver form for waiving the right to cancel within three business days because the situation was an emergency (which it was not). I called and left multiple messages and texted twice throughout the job to request to be provided copies of the executed contract originally prepared by Jimmy at Allphase. When it was finally emailed to me, after the job was completed, the description of work and materials to be used was blank. It had a description entered by Jimmy when we signed the contract on his tablet. After all the work was completed Eric M. at Allphase emailed me the documents and called me to make sure I received the emailed documents. I told him that my initials were forged on the Waiver form. I pointed out that is illegal. I pointed out that the description on the contract was blank. I stated in my opinion the little 2' by 2' repair took too long to complete. He said he would send Jimmy a message about it. In the past Jimmy has never returned any of my calls or texts. I asked for his supervisor's name, not to complain about him (Eric) but to push this forgery and contract issue further up the chain of management. He gave me her name and I asked for her last name too. I wanted to know who to ask for should I need to call back. After a pause I asked if she had a last name. Some business's only give an initial. I never raised my voice, I was never rude nor did I take out my frustration out on him but I was firm about wanting answers. Andrew F gets on the line and he is literally screaming at me that I can't talk to his employee like that. I try to talk to him but he is screaming over me and not letting me talk. Then he screams "put your husband on the phone." Ladies take note of this. My husband tells him not to speak to me like that and Andrew is still screaming as my husband hung up on him. Andrew was abusive, hostile and demeaning and should not be interacting with the customers. Andrew F. has in past reviews threatened customers by stating he records the calls if he doesn't like the review. Legitimate businesses state that at the start of a call. However I have no concerns if it was recorded. I stand by what I have said here. If Allphase wishes to contact me they may only do so through email or letter. Worst company I've worked with. It's been two months and I still can't get an itemized receipt for my insurance company. All this company does is promise to have an account manager. Call you and no one ever calls. I have left 5 messages, talked to numerous people who are all just working out of a answering service. Didn't even work for the company. 1 I have called every number I can find online. And it's the same run around, so buyer beware. You're not working with a corporate company. There is no corporate. Great work! The bathroom floor had been rotting out unseen under the tile, probably caused by the toilet bolts getting loose. Spencer did a great job explaining everything. First to respond, and thus get business, to a sump pump failed flood during a bad storm. Should have gone with my gut, and waited the 15 minutes until the other service showed up. Definitely not looking to help, but looking for a buck. we knew insurance wasn't going to cover and tried to negotiate service, but responder, Omar, said "if we don't make enough, we won't take the job." Turns out zero communication and over-estimating makes them more money. After zero communication, lying to us, belittling us, being told "pfft, I didn't put the water in your basement," we've finally resorted to the internet to get communication. we'll see how it goes. we were told Tuesday (it's now Sunday) they'd take their fans and dehumidifiers back, with zero communication, I'm concerned they'll try to overcharge for usage, when in fact we've been storage. They also falsified my husbands initials on the contract, failed to communicate intended services, altered "plans" outlined during initial discussion, which is in breach of contract. if they show up at your door, say no, and hold out until someone better and more honorable does. read more

Allphase was hired by my insurance company for my small business I run out of my home when it flooded in March. Allphase was very unprofessional and rude. They never came back to complete the construction phase of the job (they took all my moldings off and pulled the carpet up). I've called the owner Bill numerous times with no calls back. All I get is emails asking for money that is way higher then I was verbally quoted by Craig Smith. They want over $4k for running 18 fans and pulling my moldings off and drying out my carpet. I've waiting 2 months now and I've had to hire my own company to clean the carpet and put it back down and buy new moldings since they took my moldings and never came back. What good is a company called Allphase where I was told they do all the phases start to finish and if they never call you back or come to complete the job?!? I don't recommend them. read more
