Misa blamed the warping on his workers and eventually he agreed to replace ONLY a section of the warping fence. However, he replaced the one section of the fence with panels that are higher than the other panels. Additionally, Misa Construction installed the fence backwards and neighbors complained to the City Code Enforcement. The city informed me that Misa never applied for a construction permit for my city nor did he apply for a permit for the fence.
