My father ordered an intro of vitamins from this company and did not realize that the agreement was for a much larger amount than he could possibly use. We then returned the vitamins to the company and they claimed that only 2 of each bottle were returned when this was not true, all 3 of each type were returned. Eventually they stated that they code their individual bottles so that the samples can't be returned in place of the new ones or they only refund the original $6.99 for the samples instead of ~$20 each. I got a consistent runaround from this company. They are clearly setup to target senior citizens on radio adds with a lot of fine print and then they make returns difficult. It is a dishonest company that lures in senior citizens with trials and then makes it difficult to get your money back. They are a propaganda machine rather than an honest company. I received 4 bottles of the Kill Omega 50 over the past couple of deliveries that were oily and smelled rancid. I did not call on the first bottle because i could not easily find a number to call. however all three bottles of the last shipment were bad. Last week, I finally came up with a number online and called for help getting replacements on October 24th. When I called, I was passed around as they kept forwarding me to my assigned rep who was not around. I had to insist after several attempts that someone talk to me. After being on hold, I was informed that I would need to send pictures of the bad product. I was called back later and was informed the pictures did no arrive. I resent the pictures but did not receive a call back that there was an issue. I called back after the weekend and was again sent on a goose chase. When I did finally get to someone they put we on hold while they talked to their supervisor and tried to find my email. I told him I had been on the phone for over 30 minutes and was tired of being put on hold. He informed me that it was only 20 minutes according to his timer. The time I had spent being passed around did not count. I really did not appreciate the response. After continuing to wait i was told the would need at least 15 more minutes while they searched for the email. Instead of letting them waste any more time, I have solved the issued by cancelling my account. read more

I would give a zero star if I could. My aunt died. She was found as a result of a wellness check and WE found out through a call from the ME. None of us have been in touch with her for years and it's just my bro and I to handle everything. There's no will that we can find. I was able to get her mail and found a repeating charge for this company on her bank statement. I called them to cancel it. I don't have her email address, I don't even have her phone number and I haven't found a debit card. They were able to (finally-- after I suggested it) look the account up by her name. Even being told all of this they said they couldn't cancel it "for security reasons." Purity Product Company has poor integrity and horrible customer service. One can wait a long time for an agent to answer your call. Ensure you have a chair and a book to read because you will wait a long time. Once they answer you, they make it almost impossible for you to return any item. My mom tried their promotional items, and then she was unsatisfied with the products and prices, so she called to cancel. According to customer service, there was no record on their part that my mom canceled her "membership that she automatically accepted when receiving the introductory package." I will make sure that I report their company and their service to the Better Business Bureau so their A+ rating with them goes down the toilet, as well as their plus rating of customer service satisfaction. read more

I had been ordering their liquid Vitamin C (Zorbz) for years. I paid for 6 of them 4 months ago. Because I've had health challenges, I haven't kept up with some things, including this order. But I had been thinking I must check on this. After 4 months passed I receive the 6 Zorbz--which was good, except they had sent me very old merchandise stamped March 2022. In fact, I previously had ordered 6 bottles of Zorbz a year earlier and those were stamped March 2022 (which was okay, but not ideal). With this Vit. C being a liquid and Vitamin C being very acidic, that is NOT good or acceptable; the liquid, acidic nature will break down as well as absorb the plastics from the bottle. After I called my Purity sales rep about this peculiarity of their sending my order 4 months late AND with the product being such old stock, he told me his supervisors would only allow them to send me 5 bottles of the newer stock, which they admitted they had all along (but wanted to pass off the old junk to unsuspecting customers). I asked, "Why?! ...I had paid for 6 bottles?" No answer, no justification for their strange logic. I also requested that they send me a return pre-paid postage label for the 6 bad bottles, which I haven't received. I have not received the replacement Zorbz or the return label. I ordered the trial of products on 2/3, I didn't get it for over 2.5 weeks and on 3/1 I got charged $193.63, I never received an email nothing to ask if I still wanted products. I barely had the opportunity to try them, I didn't like them. They did nothing for me. I called and canceled it took me 3 calls and several emails to cancel. I told them I didn't want anything shipped. I wanted a full refund. On 3/7, I was told I'd get a full refund in 3-5 biz days. I'm STILL waiting for a refund. I just called to find out where my $$ the guy first said oh we refunded to your bank on 3/7, they are holding it. I said no I called this morning and nothing has gone Thru. They demand to have you credit card information so they can bill you at will and then once they have it, it's up to you to cancel the subscription. Sort of a catch us if you can type of scenario. They fraudulently charged my credit card and continued to send out products despite the fact that I had written communication emails -written and sent -within the timeframe of my cancellation period. then when I went back to demand my refund, I was given run around after run around. The first time they said they did not yet receive the package this was at least two weeks after I returned it. Then I called back three weeks later giving them ample time to refund me, the customer service rep gave me extensive run around and when I told him I was recording the call and I asked him the question point blank, are you or are you not refunding my money? He stuttered paused and hung up on me. Subsequent phone call later, I was able to learn that my package was indeed received and they would look into a refund. Attempted to cancel a subscription and return an unopened package...was told by a Customer Care Representative that I was not in the system. I had to find my invoice and give the representative a customer i.d. number. Than after being give a number to put on the package to return the item was placed on hold for 48 min. I tried calling back and was on hold for 10 min without connecting to a Customer Care Representative. I had to resolve the issue directly with my credit card company. The Customer Care service is unacceptable. If I was calling to increase my order I would not have been treated in this manner. read more
