This was probably in the top 3 haunted attractions I've ever visited. That being said, it didn't scare me.. but I'm not easily frightened. The haunt itself was quite long (about 20 minutes) with lots of different themes. I wish there had been more pitch black areas and claustrophobic areas. The spinning tunnel was freaking awesome. I could've done that part over and over. I caught up with the group in front of me early on which was a bummer. The props were well done, there were plenty of actors and most of them were committed to their roles. Outside while waiting in line was entertaining with music and lights and actors. I was in line for an hour, so the VIP ticket for an extra $20 might be worth it to some. The tickets are a bit pricey, but all of these things are anymore. I enjoyed myself though.

Wow! What an amazing, great and looooong haunted attraction. I have gone to tons of horror houses and Kingwood has grown. The last time I went was around 4 years ago, but they have added more rooms, more scares and way more themes to their house. They are very creative with their Elevator to Hell, I liked their abandoned carnival outside, the whole experience was nice. The downside is it's extremely packed and they send multiple groups within mins of each other, so, you know to expect scares and where they're coming from - since you're able to hear the group in front. And sometimes they actors are still scaring the group in front and forget about your group. I was considering taking off a star for this but I do understand that it's a busy season and I attended the week before Halloween. I suggest going at the beginning of the month or even Sept.

Great experience tonight! Paid $66 for 2 GA passes and the line was pretty long, maybe 50 minutes but it was well worth it. The haunted house itself took about 25-30 mins to walk through completely and it was very well done. Great makeup, costumes, pop ups, set ups, everything. Wife and I loved it.

This was a good one. I didn't expect it to be that entertaining but every actor did really good. The details were super cool too

It's been years since I visited a haunted house but after my friend scored some tickets from a…read morebingo night prize, we decided to stop by on a Thursday night. The haunted house is located in an old warehouse in northwest Houston. There's ample parking and a security check point before entering the main line. Guests are required to go through metal detectors and show the contents of their purses and pockets before proceeding which honestly made me feel better before going into a large dark warehouse with a bunch of strangers. After making the 30ish minute drive from central Houston, it was nice to have several porta potties with handwashing sinks available before possible moments of peak adrenaline (iykyk). We also decided to grab a quick adult beverage at the food truck outside while waiting in line. My friends got whiteclaws and I opted for the featured margarita ($13). There was a little bit of a line when we arrived, however they do a good job of keeping guests entertained with several costumed features wandering among the queue to help set the mood. Once you past the door, they take a quick photo of your group which is available for purchase at the end. Then it was time for the haunted house! The maze winds through dark twists and turns, leading into a series of terrifying rooms filled with gory scenes, disorienting mirrors, and eerie optical illusions that keep you constantly on edge. Costumed creatures lurk around the corner, springing out when you least expect it - and sometimes chasing you down - to quite literally, keep you on your toes. I'm not a huge screamer or someone who gets freaked out easily but it was a lot of fun to be immersed in this totally different environment. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and it really set the mood for the holiday yet to come.

They give you a discount if you give them 5 stars. It's still a decent haunted house to visit but I've been to better. I've heard about this one throughout my whole time living in Texas and I was a bit disappointed on my experience compared to better ones like Toluca Ranch.

Came here last night and I'm honestly super impressed by this haunted house. First things first,…read morethey DO TOUCH you here, not just a little light tap here and there - you do sign up for full on hair grabbing, neck touching, and expect to be grabbed on your head or body, etc. I'm a fan of haunts and have been looking for something to take it to the next level, so I was fully okay and enjoyed this part of the experience. I do understand that may be too intense for some people, so be aware. You can pay for a "No Touch" pass for $10. General admission was $40 plus taxes and online fees. You can also buy at the ticket booth when you arrive - CASH ONLY. Once you enter, you scan a QR code and join a virtual queue for the haunted houses. You'll get a text when it's your turn and the haunt starts at Dark Woods and is set up nicely to connect to the other haunted houses. I love that I did not have to wait in line the entire time I was there with the virtual queue. Honestly it's a very thoughtful touch and all haunted houses should have this option to help with long waits. While you wait, you can grab food from food trucks, watch their Freak Shows, shop at their gift shops, or just hang out with your friends. Every staff member was super nice and awesome to interact with. 10/10 and I can understand why they are the top haunted house in Texas!!

Luckily, Creepy Hollow stays open a little after Halloween which worked out perfect for us! Creepy Hollow has been on my radar for awhile. I heard it was the scariest around so I had to check it out. I live in Pearland, so getting here was easy. I'm sure it's a drive for most people. We got there early so parking was a breeze, but they do have people directing traffic as it does get busy during the Halloween season. We came on a discount weekend so it was 5 dollars off the 40 dollar price rage. Kinda steep you say? I think it's fair since you get 3 attractions and entertainment all throughout the grounds. You can also pay extra for speed passes to skip lines. On top of that, you can also pay extra if you don't want the actors to touch you. Yes you read that right, they do touch. None of us paid for extras, and for the most part, the touching wasn't over the top. Some were a little much, but nothing inappropriate, just rough. The scare factor was definitely there in all the attractions. They did a great job with the set ups and themes of the different houses. I definitely had a few scream moments even though I was supposed to be protecting the gals. They also have shows, shops, entertainment and food throughout the property. Overall, my peeps and I had a blast and are planning on coming back next year for our spooky fix!

My friend and I had planned a fun night, and he was so excited to go as it was my first time at a haunted house. He arrived and was on the phone with me, simply trying to find my car so he could come get me. Before he even made it to my car door, he was aggressively approached and accused of trying to break into cars. Instead of asking questions or verifying anything, the main security guy immediately escalated the situation. He refused to even speak with me when I tried to explain, told my friend he had to leave or he'd take him to jail, and claimed he had a "witness" when no one ever came over or saw what actually happened. He had just bought our tickets online, but they kicked us out without a refund, without any respect, and without listening. It was humiliating and infuriating to see someone instantly stereotyped and treated like a criminal for doing absolutely nothing wrong. What was supposed to be a fun night turned into a painful reminder of how casually people still weaponize assumptions against Black men.
