I'll say that Squeegee Pro's did clean my windows nicely, but they damaged all my screens as they…read moretook them off by bending the surroundings and made a hole in one and didn't even bother to tell me about it until I brought it up. What I would of liked was an explanation to me that the screens were going to be bent because of the way they are before they actually did the work. I wouldn't have agreed to the work if I had known the trims were going to come out the way they did. Also I let them know that my condo was on the 2nd floor. Why did they not bring any ladders? They were maneuvering and trying to get these screens in place all from the inside and long sticks outside. Lastly, no mention that I needed a water spout. Lucky for me I had one in my garage, but condo communities don't have that. They did offer to fix the issue within 2-3 weeks which I can be thankful for, but I didn't like the way the business was handled from the beginning and my condo was being sold.

Problem is since it's pretty old the parts are not easy to find and ended up being in back order. I was concerned about the timing and our ability to find a solution that would not be too expensive. Fredy understood right away and offered to come over to look at the door from pretty far. He actually did fix the door for less that he originally said. We thought he was really honest and we really appreciate his help. Many contractor try to charge you way more.
