Update 10/22/2024: Turns out this progestin supplement by Professional Formulas has damaged my liver, which is why I have hyperthyroidism because my liver can no longer convert the inactive thyroid hormone T4 into the active thyroid hormone T3. T4 cannot be utilized by the body but T3 can. I just had a second blood test for my TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) and it is extremely low. When the body detects that there is a plethora of T4 in the blood it will not ask the pituitary gland to ask the thyroid to produce anymore T4 since there is enough of it floating around in the blood. My Free T3 levels are 805 pg/dL, which is way out of the normal ranges of 222 - 383. My Free T4 levels are 2.7 ng/dL which is way out of the range of 0.8 - 1.7. My TSH is less than 0.02. I am having constant heart palpitations and liver pain. The hospital prescribed me beta blockers and I am terrified of that! My liver feels sluggish, stiff and clogged up! I am able to get the palpitations under control with the help of light therapy and high-quality living water, but I cannot afford to do this all of the time!! I will try glutathione or consuming lots of gelatin (gelatin is extremely rich in the amino acid glycine which is a precursor to glutathione). Other glutathione sources/stimulators are bovine colostrum, molecular hydrogen, eggs. Glutathione serves as the body's primary antioxidant and detoxifier, with its highest concentration found in the liver. The body uses thyroid-stimulating hormone to produce thyroid hormone through a feedback loop that involves the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and thyroid gland. It is a miracle I am not dead. This extra T4 in my blood is severely negatively affecting my heart. I had severe heart palpitations that lasted ALL DAY EVERYDAY in June 2023 to December 2023. It subsided about 90% with the help of infrared light therapy, lymphatic massage with the Big Squeeze Pants at Upgrade Labs, molecular hydrogen therapy, regular sweating in the hot summer sun (infrared light structures the water in your cells) and structured water from Ophora. The bout of nonstop palpitations have started again because of a small amount of stress I had. I have been having painful sensations on the side of my body where my liver is off and on since 2021. I hope this crap has not damaged my liver to the point of no return; the liver is amazing at regenerating itself, so hopefully it is not poisoned beyond repair. I need to get a stronger molecular hydrogen machine so I can further improve my health. And to respond to Pure Formulas: Is a refund going to give me my health back? No. Professional Formulas needs to be sued and shut down. And Pure Formulas should face accountability as well for being a vendor of this poison. These chemicals should not be readily available to the public anymore. They need to be removed from public access to prevent others from experiencing the health issues I currently have. My entire time with PureFormulas wasn't all bad. I had a really great customer service agent this summer. However, when I inquired to follow up, I got no responses. I tried several times via email & their online form. Still unresponsive. So I called today. 1st call : I was on hold for 10 min, called the wrong dept and before I could finish what I was saying they hung up on me. 2nd call : The agent apologized for the 1st agent's behavior. Then we had miscommunications b/c I was trying to address something that was for another department. I wish she had said that and had referred me. It was evident she was trying hurrying to get me off the phone and was dismissive of my experience. After sorting out that I needed to talk to a different department, apologies were extended from both sides and she mentions I need to speak with Customer Service, they call the Loyalty Team, she transferred me. 3rd call : I speak with Bill, the Loyalty Team member. He listens & goes to research. We speak again. He talks over me and says, "I get that you have feelings about things, but I'm just trying to move on, move forward" and then hung up on me! Why do you keep hanging up on customers! Why is that the way your agents do things?! Unacceptable! Yes, my initial inquiry of my email was cleared up at some point during the calls. However, I also wanted to address why it took me calling on my own time to find out what I needed to? I emailed and filled out the forms on your website. I just needed clarification which they could've addressed by email. It's also a reasonable ask to inquire WHY no one responded back! Your customer "service" made it seem like asking was incredulous! It should never be ok to hung up on someone when they are speaking respectfully and calmly. Your company is dropping the ball and being dismissive of people's experience. This is so unprofessional! Update 11/14/2023. Jane, I don't know who in your company is trying to pull a wool over your eyes, but your employees are not being honest. I never refused a shipment and received both of them. Both shipments have an expiration date of 10/2024 and a lot number of 1093832. Nonetheless, I have ordered and received two bottles of juice from another supplier and they are in the normal color and consistency with an expiration date of 2/2025. Thank you for reaching out. As I'd stated earlier, I am a regular consumer of this particular brand of Ginger juice normally purchased from a different supplier. I was shipped two replacement bottles that had the same expiration date, dark color and consistency as the first batch. Ironically when I called again to convey this, Kayla was the person who answered the phone. Kayla gave me the same spill about the color wherein I asked if she'd tasted the product to understand my point. I was put on hold and then told to discard the bottles and that I would receive a store credit which I have yet to see on my account. For me, it's just bad customer service overall as I had to follow up to get the RMA as well. If a customer says a food product is bad, test the product rather than saying "the color looks fine." This was the second time it happened, so I called the company and advised the representative of my issue. This is about their online platform, not their business. (I could not find a better way to review.) Their customer service is horrible. I've had a package missing for over a month. It was delivered to a 'leasing office.' After weeks of unresponsiveness, and vague assurance that UPS would solve it, I asked for a refund from my credit card company. They then LIED to the credit card company saying that there was proof of delivery, but the 'proof' says it was delivered to a leasing office, which my building does not have. Absolute snakes. I have never had this type of customer service for a missing package! And lying on top of it. Absolutely will not buy anything from them ever again.
