I've ordered from them before with no issues, but this time I received a box of cereal that was "best by 9/28/25", or 32 days from me receiving it. They claimed that I had plenty of time to eat it, but how do they know how much I eat cereal, and if I already have other boxes open to finish first(I do). I didn't like how dismissive they were. My local discount store also sells this expensive organic cereal for 30% off; in fact I bought the same cereal last month with a "best by date" of Nov. 2025 from them. This business is absolutely the worst. Used to be good, but not any more. Send out a package and it never got here. It has been weeks. There was a storm in Florida (in hindsight, I realized the business must be Florida based?) They sent out another package, which has not arrived either. They sent me an email to return one of these packages (when and if they arrive (days to weeks neither are here) or they will DOUBLE charge me...for their poor practices of sending out packages during a storm. Instead of telling the customer up front, about possible SIGNIGICANT delays, they sent out 2 packages and are now whining, telling me they will double charge me. They had a duty to inform the customer about these delays. I would have no clue where they are based regionally. This will be a BBB claim and if that doesn't help the Attorney General for their absolutely POOR practices. Not the small cost of the product, but their practices and the way they treat their customers from their "happy" team. read more
