Very happy with this order -- the products are fresh and clean, and the shipping box was well stocked and carefully packed.

Excellent fresh products. Excellent service. I'm delighted with my order. Thank you, PureFormulas, for a wonderful experience.

Ordered some liquid soaps for the office from this company. Superfast delivery, exceedingly well packed, and free shipping with $25 and over. Wow! Definitely will use them again! read more

In response to Jane's comment below I did call the 800 number and the 15% coupon was immediately sent to my email address. Thank you for that, and accordingly I upgraded my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Having said that, the discount does not apply to the specific item I was considering, so I don't think I will be patronizing. read more

I've been using PureFormulas for a couple years by now, maybe a few. The company just keeps getting better over time. I use autodelivery and score an additional discount - saves me time and energy and money. Today is the the first time ever that I received a sub par product, it had a broken seal. They are using a new text message delivery followup and there was a way to message them with any problems with the delivery. Pretty quickly they sent me back a message that a replacement item had been processed and is on its way. You really can't beat that kind of customer service! read more

Just got collagen and my kid's vitamins. After the pandemia I shop online almost everything. And with Pureformulas is super easy and fast. Advice take advantage of all the discounts.. they have really good ones. read more

I've been a satisfied customer with Pure Formulas for many years. Always satisfied with their quality products, price and free shipping. In the last few years their website was redone and not really as simple & user friendly as before. Then free shipping changed to only $25 + orders. Many products that I orrder were changed to $24.99 - forcing you to buy something else for free shipping. Their shipping from the mainland to Hawaii was 3-5 days from order date to delivery. It was great. Now it takes 13-15 days from order to receiving delivery, They've chosen to save $$ on shipping costs by sending from the East to West coast and then putting orders on a ship to Hawaii. Received today, 9/16, my order from 9/01. This has happened several times. I order items way before I run out but this ship from the West Coast to Hawaii gets me my items after I've run out. Cutting their shipping cost by putting orders on a ship that takes an extra 7-8 days for delivery is doing a disservice to their customers - no warning given either. I'm defnitely looking elsewhere to purchase items I need. read more

super service ,all the way !!! easy to order and quick delivery. great communication!

Fast delivery, great pricing, and excellent service--this is definitely my new go-to online store for all my purchases!

Update: the package has finally moved--it's now in Puerto Rico! (it was in West Palm--it was supposed to go a few towns south of there). Pure Formulas keeps on giving me more work to do and refuses to accept any responsibility for their delivery system and hassle for a customer. If you take a look at other review sites, this is becoming a trend for this company. Bad business--order elsewhere if you can. read more

Super quick delivery! I always buy probiotics and digestive enzymes ( smidge) for GI support! High-quality staff! Works! Recommend! Thank you pure formulas! read more

I placed an order for a single delivery. Then, repeat deliveries were made without my consent. It is just about impossible to get through their system to cancel additional, unwanted orders. I won't use PureFormulas again. read more

Shipping was delivered faster then expected very happy well definitely buy again soon

great product it's one of the few combinations of berberine that actually control my blood sugar

I had ordered 10 items from Pure Formulas and they only had 9 at the time I ordered, but I received a package with 9 items a couple days ago and thought they might forget about the 10th, but sure enough, I received the 10th item today!!! Very pleased that they did not wait for the 10th one, they sent what they had, and sent the rest as soon as they could. Great service!! I did not have to call or complain.... read more

I have ordered several times from Pure Formulas and am beyond pleased with every product I've purchased. it is so difficult to find herbs, supplements and vitamins that are made with natural ingredients in stores so I'm thrilled that I was directed to Pure Formulas by a dear friend. They have a variety of excellent products of highest quality that I've found anywhere. And the delivery is fast! just a couple of days from time of order! I really love that because sometimes I get really low on something before I realize it! So far I have been able to trust what Prue Formulas has said and that means a lot to me. Also love the reasonable prices! That's a big PLUS!!! read more

I've ordered from them before with no issues, but this time I received a box of cereal that was "best by 9/28/25", or 32 days from me receiving it. They claimed that I had plenty of time to eat it, but how do they know how much I eat cereal, and if I already have other boxes open to finish first(I do). I didn't like how dismissive they were. My local discount store also sells this expensive organic cereal for 30% off; in fact I bought the same cereal last month with a "best by date" of Nov. 2025 from them. Luckily there are lots of other companies I can order my vitamins and such from. read more

I placed an order, my credit card was charged, and (6) days later I received an email stating that the item was out of stock. However, the same item is still advertised on their website. I appreciate the quick delivery. I ordered my most recent on a Sunday and it was shipped Monday.

This business is absolutely the worst. Used to be good, but not any more. Send out a package and it never got here. It has been weeks. There was a storm in Florida (in hindsight, I realized the business must be Florida based?) They sent out another package, which has not arrived either. They sent me an email to return one of these packages (when and if they arrive (days to weeks neither are here) or they will DOUBLE charge me...for their poor practices of sending out packages during a storm. Instead of telling the customer up front, about possible SIGNIGICANT delays, they sent out 2 packages and are now whining, telling me they will double charge me. They had a duty to inform the customer about these delays. I would have no clue where they are based regionally. This will be a BBB claim and if that doesn't help the Attorney General for their absolutely POOR practices. Not the small cost of the product, but their practices and the way they treat their customers from their "happy" team. read more
