Second time I order from them. Very pleasant, arrive on time - they keep you posted and they follow the instructions you ask - like leaving the receipt inside package. As long as they keep prices lower than others or at least equivalent I will definitely order again. I ordered cod liver oil. They made certain that it was securely packaged. read more

In years of buying from Pure Formulas, I've never been disappointed. Wide array of products, some not easy to find; occasional discounts; packing and (free) shipping keeps getting better - last week's order came lighting fast; prices competitive; helpful customer service. read more

Great products. Very good delivery times. Reasonable shipping cost. helped with my candida.

They advertised one price when I signed up to auto ship, but then blatantly charged me more. I tried to dispute it with their customer service, but not only they denied the obvious, they still shipped me the item, even though I requested to cancel the order. Bait and switch - beware! read more

Excellent products and excellent delivery. For years now I've been able to rely on getting quality products that help my family.

They have the best price. I received my items within 2 days of ordering. Shipping was free. I am a satisfied repeat customer.

This listing is for such a lovely looking store. However my online experience has not been this way. This company does not stand behind its products and does not care about their customers. I recently had an issue where a brand of colostrum burned my mouth (also testing it on my skin to ensure this was the cause and had the same reaction). I contacted the company right away and explained the reaction. I used the product twice so there was a full bottle and I was requesting to return it and be refunded because this was obviously not normal! They gave a very flat and uncaring statement offering NO care and no resolution. I won't purchase from them again. I messaged again stating I did not see this as a "try and return" issue and was ignored. See their statement: Hi, Unfortunately, our return policy are for unopened items returned within 30 days from your delivered date. We are not the manufacturer and currently do not have a try and return policy. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks read more

Love this company! Website is well done and options for information and learning are easily accessible. Shipping is always super quick - same day in most cases, and I am lucky to be close enough that my shipments often arrive the day after I order. The one time that I did need Customer Service, they were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this company!! read more

When there was insufficient website information for helping me understand that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays like other shippers, the customer service person went WAY out of her way to make it up. Extremely rare attention to customer needs. I wish she could train every customer service professional!! read more

Pure Formulas offers speedy delivery and good prices! What's not to love? They also offer credits that apply to reduce prices. Like to give them the business since Amazon is so enormous. Only one fault...if i order 2 small orders, it is sent in a box that cannot be removed from my mailbox. Wishing PF would simply mail all 12 tiny tubes of pills in one plastic envelope! read more

I am very pleased with PureFormulas that is the online place to get all my supplements; good prices fast service and perfect timing delivering my products read more

It came as the picture looks. I used it and it worked for me. It smells like an off brand lavender but it smells like it. Works the same.

I've ordered from PureFormulas.com for years and have never had an issue. Their prices are in line with everyone else and they get things out fast. In all these years, I've never had need of contacting customer service until today. The USPS screwed up delivery of my Black Friday order and decided to return it, rather than deliver it. Pure Formulas processed the refund immediately, which was nice, but I really wanted the products. I called today and spoke with LEWIS in Sales - first call ever to PF - and he was polite, knowledgable, and speedy .... but most importantly, he went to bat for me to honor my request regarding re-filling the order as originally placed.... and they did. Thank Lewis! : -) read more

I will NEVER do business with this company again! I placed a online order For Jarrrow Lutein on July 27th 2020. When I recived the products the caspsules inside were stuck together and almost melted,. I was assued that they would not be affected by hot weather. However, they were wrong. I live near Palm Springs ,Ca where it is VERY hot at this time of the year, When I called Pure Formulas I was told I would receive a refund of $19.97!! However, as of today August 7 I have not received my refund this is after calling and sending a email in which I was told I refund on the way. NOT TRUE. read more

I ordered 6 bottles of a vitamin supplement, and when I received them, they all had a freshness date that has them expiring in just 3 months from now. Not a big deal, but I would have thought that they would get in touch with me before shipping to ask if it was okay. read more

I love doing business with this company. I have been using them for several years now. The products always arrive very quickly surprisingly quickly. We have ordered from PureFormulas twice now, and have been very pleased. Getting Attitude brand products from Canada takes time, but PureFormulas has them in stock and ready to go in the US. And, when we had one product leak in the box during shipping, we just took some pictures, called them, sent the pictures in and had our replacement item in 3 days. The staff was friendly when we called, and their correspondence was very quick! read more

Pure Formulas was recommended by my Naturopathic Dr a few years ago & I've been ordering from them for over 3 years. Their supplements are pure as the name implies and they carry numerous healthy bran also. I use autoship so I never run out. I love that you get points with every purchase and also when you make referrals. The points are automatically deducted from your order so I've saved quite a bit. I had to contact Pure Formulas once because one supplement arrived with a hairline crack & contents slowly seep out. The customer service rep was great, I forwarded a photo of the box and bottle & received a replacement promptly. I highly recommend Pure Formulas read more

I just received my order from PureFormulas. I placed it Wednesday night, it arrived on Friday, with free shipping - you can't beat that! They have a huge selection of supplements, food, personal care and even pet products. I ordered a few organic spices along with my vitamin D gummies and was thrilled to see that they had a "buy 3 & save 10%" promo going on for the spices. Lots of ways to save on their deals! Love the website, am a huge fan of healthy living so I will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend them. read more

I have been using PureFormula for years, it is a great product. I gave it a low rating because I have the auto renewal plan and the deliveries are unrealizable if you live in Hawaii. My last order took over three weeks, not five days as I believe they claim. read more
