it took 17 days for my vitamins to be delivered. I had to order them elsewhere because I ran out before they arrived. I received no response when i inquired about why it was taking so long. When they finally did arrive, the lid was broken and pills were spilled out in the package. these were expensive and I hope they will take them back. I will not order from Pure again. read more

Not only did they send me the incorrect product, they required photo proof and requested that I take the time to return the incorrect product. I finally received the product I ordered 15 days after purchase to find out it expires next month. Would never recommend this company. Inefficient, unprofessional, slow, a waste of time. read more

I have been ordering my supplements from Pure Formulas for many years. They have been very good quality and always a good price plus occasionally items that were on sale. Deliveries are prompt and free. I highly recommend that you do likewise. read more

Excellent product offerings and fast, friendly, efficient customer service/delivery!!

The package was open and and there was nothing in it. It was delivered without the product

This is the best company ever. I want to give a shout out to Joy, Bill, Chris, and Sharma It is a great joy to see your faces every time I open up a package from pure formulas. I couldn't ask for any more than what you provide from easy ordering to extremely fast delivery. Keep it up. You're the best Betsy M read more

I always rely on this company for excellent prices, first quality products and speedy delivery.

This used to be a quality company and their website was easy to navigate. Now it's impossible to order online using Safari--or Firefox (the only 2 I tried before giving up). Rather than placing an order quickly and efficiently, the website repeatedly rejects the credit card saying the billing address can't be verified. Then when you call customer service, a not-so-nice, not-so-helpful rep tells you their website is "finicky" about browsers. Says they'll have IT deal with it. BUT.... it will take weeks for IT to do that. Really???! Because they sell a product I can't get elsewhere, I decided to just place the order on the phone (which I don't like to do because of fraud, etc). I figured this would be a quick process since he could see my shopping cart online and could see all my info. Nope. 20 minutes later, order still not placed. Inexcusable. Very sad that a once good company has sunk so low. I won't be shopping with them anymore, other than to buy something I can't get ANYWHERE else. UPDATE: the phone order didn't work either! After being on hold for so long, the guy came back to say they didn't get a response from the credit card company (??? I placed 4 orders online today using that card) so order can't be placed. And then he hung up on me. Customer service is a disgrace--yikes. I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars. read more

i have been using pure formulas for several years now. They huge variety of quality vitamin and supplements. Their prices are always competitive and often offer sales. Orders come in super quick and their automatic renewals are always on time. I highly recommend PureFormulas read more

Great Company!! Those their products. Fast shipping. Highly Recommend to anyone who is serious about their health, do yourself a favor and order your supplements from PureFormulas!! read more

Worst customer service I have ever had. Sent me wrong product and argued repeatedly with me about it, didn't correct the issue. I have spent a lot of money there and they lost a customer forever. Also did not have a supervisor contact me when requested. Better places to buy your supplements that actually give a crap about customers. read more

My order came in a timely manner and was correct. Great place to order from. I have ordered several products from Pure Formula. Also a great place to find hard to find vitamins. read more

I have ordered a couple of times from them and have always received my packages on time.

The product is excellent. Communication regarding imminent shipments is excellent. I am set up for automatic distribution and payment. Whenever my circumstances have required they will pause delivery and payment until I notify them to resume. For example: my husband passed in December, and I was away for three months. When I got back home I had a three- month supply awaiting me. They are now holding further shipment/charges until I have used up my current supply. How kind and accommodating! read more

I've been ordering vitamins from this company for almost 2 years. I have never had an issue with them. I literally placed my order yesterday (2/17) and received my order today (2/18). Talk about FAST shipping!!! Wow! I will continue to do business with them. Please don't go out of business. Thank you for everything! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My packages were never delivered. After I reached out to customer service, they sent me an automated message claiming they are the wrong ones to contact. They just brushed me off to USPS. Terrible customer service. Terrible first experience. read more

No package to be found! the status says Delivered! but there was no package delivered! UNACCEPTABLE!!

This company did not provide good customer service to me. I ordered a Vitamin C powder. When I opened it up, the container was half full. I talked to a company rep and was told that this is the way it comes. what a rip off! Would anyone in their right mind spend $35.00 for a half full product? I don't think so. A small matter to them, but not to me. Don't use these products or support this company and don't expect any decent customer service. You won't get it. I've never had an experience like this with any supplement company. Shoddy company and atrocious, non-existent customer service! They should go out of business. They don't deserve to continue with this kind of awful policies. Mr. Prendes, CEO, you need to clean up your company! read more

I am a fan of Dr. Morse herbs and this is the place to buy them. They have good shipping, promotions and good loyalty point credits. Customer service is helpful and reasonable. read more

They took my money and then ignored me. I have had many orders in the past and they were delivered fast. This time it was difficult placing the order and checking on it's delivery date. The first time l checked on where it was their website said it was in Cincinnati. The next time l checked it said NV. I called and got the excuse that the post office was to blame. Even talked to a supervisor Lee and she said they couldn't do anything about it. They made me feel like l was being scammed. I checked and Amazon has the same price of what l have ordered from them in the past. At least Amazon let's me know approximate date. Pure took almost 2 weeks of not knowing for 2 bottles. I won't be ordering from them again. Their service is bad. read more

I highly recommend ordering from PureFormulas. The prices are usually less than at other sites. They offer free shipping on orders over $20 where most sites (even those that charge a subscription) offer free shipping on orders over $49. The shipping is fast and well packaged. The selection is excellent and they care the brands and products I use. read more

I needed a refill of my usual supplements and ended up ordering through PureFormulas. I was able to apply a discount I received when I signed up for emails and the ordering was very easy and quick shipping. I received my items the next day! The overall experience was great; I highly recommend using them. They have A LOT of very "clean" products as well, which is a big draw for me. read more

Customer service doesn't answer the phone. I tried two different options. You have the wrong address for me listed on the site.

Opened my bottle of Nordic Naturals ordered from Pure Formuas. I have been using this product for years and for the first time, it smelled very fishy and rancid. Could not take a chance on using it. Messaged customer service. No response. Disappointed and will not use this company again. read more

Sent me a faulty product. Called to get replacement. Sent me another faulty product. Was supposed to receive refund months ago. Contacted them last week they assured me refund was on the way and would show up yesterday. You guessed it. NADA! Customer service accused me of not emailing in photos of the product as soon as they answered the phone. Excuse me? I most certainly did. Would you like to see the email? The man was practically yelling at me. Zero customer service or respect. I won't be ordering from these folks again! read more

I purchased 2 bottles of Nutri-West Core Level Health Reserve 120'S last week - from PURE FORMULAS  my wife immediately opened them and took 3 with her lunch as usual - she fairly quickly got indigestion - so I looked and smelled the vitamins: they had a rancid odor and were a dark brown rather than the usual green color. My wife got progressively sicker - to the point of vomiting. I wrote PURE FORMULAS customer service to warn them about this problem, sent them pictures comparing the color they normally are vs the dark brown of this batch & to request a refund - only to receive this unsatisfactory response: "Unfortunately we cannot accept opened items. Please contact Nutri-west for questions about the change of color and smell in there products, being as they do change from batch to batch..." My only recourse was to open a dispute with my AMEX card. There is absolutely no way to know a vitamin product is contaminated or defective without opening the package. Amazon sells these same vitamins - they would instantly refund if you wanted to return a defective product - even if opened. Don't buy these from PURE FORMULAS - I believe they are selling THIRD PARTY GOODS!!! Their their laughably titled  "CUSTOMER HAPPINESS TEAM" are incredibly unhelpful. Has anyone else had problems with PURE FORMULAS Nutri-West Core Level Health Reserve 120'S? Please let me know. I am concerned that they don't seem to care. All the posted review's are from years back - nothing current. Going to write to Jose Prendes the CEO to alert him of the company's bad practices. read more

I had a package that did not have my apartment number on it, so it was sent back. I reached out to PureFormulas, and they sent out another one. It said it was delivered but was not. I contacted them again and the supervisor (Christopher) was rude! He hung up on me several times, told me I was wrong, and lied to me. Do not ever order from here if you want to have to deal with packages not being delivered and shit customer service. read more

Love PureFormulas. I buy supplements here and they get delivered quickly!

My chiropractor retired. I have been buying supplements made by Pure Formulas from her. I searched online and found this site and ordered a couple of the supplements I had been using. The third one I couldn't find, so I emailed them, asking about it and am awaiting a response. The order arrived today, much sooner than anticipated, so I'm pleased. Shipping was free. They charged California sales tax, which is not unexpected, and there was a $5 charge that wasn't labeled, so I'm not sure what it was for. But overall, my experience was good and I'm a fan. read more

I've placed and order with PayPal and I was expecting it to be shipped within 2 business days as it stated, however, just a few days later I've received a phone call from one of their representative asking me to contact her in regards of my order. Contacting her directly was impossible as she was always unavailable to get the phone. After several attempts and two days later I've left a message explaining that we can't get in touch and if she can't proceed with the order then I want a refund. For whatever reason she has never attempted to contact me again and I'm still clueless what was the issue and why did she needed to talk to me. read more
