It has a thick fat cap that my boyfriend likes. IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND! If you get their grass fed one it will run about 17 bucks. If you go for the regular one it will only cost about 6.50. I love this place! Sushi...coffee shop..made to order pizzas..hot breakfast station..deli..nice wines..etc. The employees are always super nice! Best of all is that they have outside seating for pets and will allow well behaved small dogs inside while you are shopping! Ps. The free samples and loyal customer discounts have stopped. And the product I purchased (which I have purchased several times a year for over ten years from here) was destroyed by hydration. I opened the container to a solid rock of supplements that should had been a powder. When I called to explain the situation the customer care was extremely lacking.
