She heard the history of my repairs and insisted she have someone look at if first. Glad she said that! The repairmen were stumped. Said nothing was wrong with the unit. But they took the time to really talk to me. Through that convo we diagnosed the issue! It turned out my roofers didn't set the new attic fan to the right setting. Rich fixed that and also explained how to troubleshoot issues for future repairs. He told me what can be fixed and what can't. Super honest guy.
