Absolute cash grab, no moderation of the line - was an extremely long chain gang through just zig zagged wood walls with hardly any actors. Sucked - go to headless horseman that is the best in the area. Scariest part was the initial line to get in which took over a hour

This was so much fun!!! Well worth the VIP tickets. We got the 7pm time slot and we're 2nd in line and they actually let us through around 6:45pm. The sets are amazing! The props were so realistic. Some places it was hard to tell if they were statues or actors. I did wish there were more actors to handle the sets vs 1 actor manning a couple of nearby sets. A few time we saw them jump out at the people ahead of us and then come back to jump out at us. It took away the scare factor. Also a warning, keep your distance from the people ahead of you so they get a chance to reset the scene. The 1st house we were too close to the people before and behind so the scares were triggered by them and we didn't see anything. But once we waited a min or 2 for the people ahead to get past the scare we finally got the lol. Then we started to have lots of fun being scared hehehe

Scary but the line to get in is even scarier!! Every time you think you're close to getting in, boom another line.

How many people can enter the attraction at once?

I don't know if there's a strict limit...me and my husband were allowed to enter as a group of two but the group behind us must have had at least 6 people I think. If you come in a large group I bet they'll let you go together unless you want to… Read more

Everything was so well done and incredibly detailed--it's clear that a lot of thought and effort went into creating the experience. The ticket included several different attractions, and I really liked how each one flowed into the next. It wasn't just a bunch of random scares--it felt like one long, immersive story. It took about 2 hours to go through everything, and it never got boring! The hayride was honestly next-level. I've done haunted hayrides before, but nothing like this. The scenes, the actors, the effects... and YES--there was a real horse with a headless rider That moment totally blew my mind and made the whole thing feel so much more legit and spooky. The costumes and actors throughout the entire night were seriously impressive--super detailed and genuinely scary. You could tell the cast was really committed, and it made the whole experience feel that much more real. They also have shops set up where you can grab snacks and hot cocoa, which was a nice touch after all the excitement. I saw this place only had 3 stars on Yelp, and honestly--I don't get it. This was such a well-executed haunted attraction, and I truly had an amazing time. I'd definitely come back and will be recommending it to friends. Don't sleep on this one if you're looking for a memorable spooky night out!

They rely heavily on jump scares, and there are plenty of them to keep you entertained. I'd manage expectations on the production value. While other reviewers mentioned 'Hollywood level' props, I didn't quite see that. The sets are good, but not mind-blowing. Have I been to scarier haunted attractions? Absolutely. But the Headless Horseman's strength is its atmosphere. You can't beat the genuine, spooky vibe of being on a huge plot of dark farmland, surrounded by rustling cornrows. It's an entertaining night out that's all about enjoying the seasonal spirit.

Lines not nearly as long as seasoned haunts like Bane or Brighton Asylum, but location gaining interest from repeat customers. Got there before 5pm to avoid long lines, sat back, relaxed, chilled in the store, got on line at 6pm, and was inside at the expected time of 6:40pm. Could have arrived later than 5pm without issue, but since parking normally sucks a huge dong figured get there early enough just in case. Staff checks you in, gives you a wrist band, then you get on the hay ride over to the orchard. Get there wait in line, finally they cut off the wrist band and you go "inside". Since there are little to no indoor mazes haunts come from every angle. Possible to be caught up in someone else's scare and totally miss a creep running up on you. Vibe is eerie enough but still slightly flat. Creeps keep on coming in wave after wave. Even Dennis the dead security guard lets you know no position in line is safe from scare. Overall nice attempt, a little lame, but nice considering it's almost entirely outdoors. Small things to improve on; every employee should be in costume, don't want to see a well dressed attractive woman guiding guests inside the haunt when Shovelman the Ugly Ghoul is also doing the same. Interested to see what they have in store for next year.

The line moved quickly and the actors entertained us the whole time we waited, making it fun. Once inside, they come from every direction and it's sometimes impossible to predict it or see it coming. The haunted houses built inside the attraction were pretty spooky, but the doll maker was by far the one that creeped us out the most. Fun night getting into the Halloween spirit. We will be returning.

Had never done an ER and had no idea what to expect. I can't believe the level of attention and detail they put into these rooms. Since our veteran had done every other room, leaving ONLY the absolutely most difficult rooms left, I was kind of astounded at the complexity and probably wound up saying "oh, that's clever" or "I'm stupid" about five hundred times. We initially did a lost hiker room, and then later the new two hour room that they had recently opened up. Both were extensive, with multiple linked rooms, including "outdoor" areas (that aren't) that were immersive, with attentive staff that both sold their roles and kept the clues coming when we were confused. The two we did had horror themes, particularly the second one, that might have scared young children, but some of the easier rooms seemed to have less frightening themes. Again, I can't stress enough the level of detail put both into the clues, the experience, the sound system, the decor, it was all pretty amazing. On our first one, since there were no parties after ours, we were allowed to continue thirty minutes past our "deadline" since we hadn't quite solved it yet. There was no wait and no preambling long speech about rules and such, which I appreciated. Since my friend dropped out last minute, I went alone and had a really fantastic time. If you can go alone, it's wonderful and only increases the tension and heightened surprise around every corner. I've been to many haunted houses and find most of them rather unimpressive or generally not scary at all, but this one managed to get my heart rate up *and* got at least a few jump scares out of me, especially in the first half. It was overall a great thrill ride, especially going in alone, and I really enjoyed the immersion, the commitment of the actors and the detailed, colorful set designs and cool animatronics. There were times I wanted to walk even slower to really take everything in and enjoy it. I spent most of the time laughing with glee and saying to myself "THIS IS DOPE." While the 3D glasses section didn't do much for me (maybe it's just my eyesight, but the effects here looked a bit blurry and not very three-dimensional), that's a minor critique. This haunt is also quite expensive, but in my opinion worth it if you love these kind of immersive experiences, especially of the scary variety. Bonus points for the friendly staff letting me switch my time slot from 7 pm to 11:30 after my friend dropped out with no issue or fuss.

I loved the enthusiasm from all the actors. They were awesome. It was two floors of spooky fun, and tons of jump scares. The 3D Sections was so sick. Loved It! It took about 20min total, which I'm totally fine with. When we got there (Halloween Night), they were running behind which is to be expected. The staff said about 15-20min and took about 20min. You can buy RIP (VIP) tickets to jump the line, but honestly, it went by pretty quick. I think the bad reviews on here are maybe people that shouldn't have gone in the first place. For the caliber of staff and production, it seemed a reasonable price. If you've ever gone to Halloween Horror Nights or the like, this seemed totally on par with those scary events.
