The show contained explicit sexual content and adult-themed material that was inappropriate for the audience present and not consistent with what was advertised. During the performance, a scene involving a Beetlejuice character included sexually explicit behavior on stage. This included a male performer introducing a prop male dildo/penis during the act. Audience members were also directly engaged in portions of the performance, with male audience members being specifically targeted for participation. This created an environment that I and others experienced as uncomfortable and inappropriate, with personal boundaries being crossed. This was more about sexual orientation agenda pushing homosexuality. Asking male audience who has a big penis. Humping another man from behind bending him over. Sexual harassment at an all time high. Extremely disturbing and disgusting. There was no clear warning in the advertising or event policies indicating that explicit sexual content or sexualized audience interaction would be part of the show. Families were present, including children(which should not have had entry access), which made the content especially unsuitable for the setting. As a result, my family and I felt misled and left the performance early. We also requested a refund but were not able to reach the appropriate decision maker at the time. Overall, the experience involved content and conduct that we considered inappropriate for a public performance and resulted in emotional distress.Mental nightmare. This is a free haunted house sponsored by NYPD. It's my second year going…read more We get there early as the lines can get pretty long. Characters walk by for photo ops and entertainment while you wait in line. NYPD staff is so fun and friendly. The house is for ages 12 and older, they allow younger ages at the parent's discretion. It so well done with jump scares in almost every room. It feels like a safe outing. Hours this year are 5pm to 11pm from Friday to Sunday. They let you in in small groups so you don't feel rushed. At the end, they sell Halloween themed souvenirs with NYPD and Fort Totten on them. I bought a Tshirt to support such an awesome event which is FREE to the community. We loved it and appreciated it!

Lines not nearly as long as seasoned haunts like Bane or Brighton Asylum, but location gaining interest from repeat customers. Got there before 5pm to avoid long lines, sat back, relaxed, chilled in the store, got on line at 6pm, and was inside at the expected time of 6:40pm. Could have arrived later than 5pm without issue, but since parking normally sucks a huge dong figured get there early enough just in case. Staff checks you in, gives you a wrist band, then you get on the hay ride over to the orchard. Get there wait in line, finally they cut off the wrist band and you go "inside". Since there are little to no indoor mazes haunts come from every angle. Possible to be caught up in someone else's scare and totally miss a creep running up on you. Vibe is eerie enough but still slightly flat. Creeps keep on coming in wave after wave. Even Dennis the dead security guard lets you know no position in line is safe from scare. Overall nice attempt, a little lame, but nice considering it's almost entirely outdoors. Small things to improve on; every employee should be in costume, don't want to see a well dressed attractive woman guiding guests inside the haunt when Shovelman the Ugly Ghoul is also doing the same. Interested to see what they have in store for next year.

The line moved quickly and the actors entertained us the whole time we waited, making it fun. Once inside, they come from every direction and it's sometimes impossible to predict it or see it coming. The haunted houses built inside the attraction were pretty spooky, but the doll maker was by far the one that creeped us out the most. Fun night getting into the Halloween spirit. We will be returning.

Situated across from the school, this corner house/yard turned into a haunted experience will blow you away. You can tell a lot has gone into this and they put so much effort into the experience. The best part is that it's free! Yes, no admission fee BUT they do accept donations that they turn around and give to a good charity. Not to take away from the experience and give out the secrets, it's best to see for yourself. You will be happy to experience this. FYI: Parking is located across the street in the school lot.

There was no wait and no preambling long speech about rules and such, which I appreciated. Since my friend dropped out last minute, I went alone and had a really fantastic time. If you can go alone, it's wonderful and only increases the tension and heightened surprise around every corner. I've been to many haunted houses and find most of them rather unimpressive or generally not scary at all, but this one managed to get my heart rate up *and* got at least a few jump scares out of me, especially in the first half. It was overall a great thrill ride, especially going in alone, and I really enjoyed the immersion, the commitment of the actors and the detailed, colorful set designs and cool animatronics. There were times I wanted to walk even slower to really take everything in and enjoy it. I spent most of the time laughing with glee and saying to myself "THIS IS DOPE." While the 3D glasses section didn't do much for me (maybe it's just my eyesight, but the effects here looked a bit blurry and not very three-dimensional), that's a minor critique. This haunt is also quite expensive, but in my opinion worth it if you love these kind of immersive experiences, especially of the scary variety. Bonus points for the friendly staff letting me switch my time slot from 7 pm to 11:30 after my friend dropped out with no issue or fuss.

I loved the enthusiasm from all the actors. They were awesome. It was two floors of spooky fun, and tons of jump scares. The 3D Sections was so sick. Loved It! It took about 20min total, which I'm totally fine with. When we got there (Halloween Night), they were running behind which is to be expected. The staff said about 15-20min and took about 20min. You can buy RIP (VIP) tickets to jump the line, but honestly, it went by pretty quick. I think the bad reviews on here are maybe people that shouldn't have gone in the first place. For the caliber of staff and production, it seemed a reasonable price. If you've ever gone to Halloween Horror Nights or the like, this seemed totally on par with those scary events. Loved it and can't wait until next year!

However for what I did see, Bane knocked it out of the water. The actors were top notch and really played up their characters. The environment was crazy immersive and scary. We watched the Mercy TV count rise as we stood in line and it totally freaked us all out. Once inside, we can hear people screaming from the rooms next to us and it was a cool feeling all around. I'm suped to come back next year and check out Bane with full lighting and I'm excited about their events to come. Oh and yes, people actually get to the front door and yell Mercy, two of my friends chickened out before they even opened the door for us to go in! Good scary job Bane!

The attraction itself is pretty creative, with a few things I haven't seen in other haunted houses. But the quitter counter, which displayed the number of guests who quit in fear, made it seem scarier than it actually was. It was honestly a bit too dark in there to see the costumes/makeup of the actors. The majority of the scares were jump scares.
