Parts were free but labor was $1732. Well, it is now going on 3 weeks since they were out here, and the softner stopped working! Can not even manually regenerate it! I called to get someone out here and they can't come out for 3 weeks! I am getting no where with them to get out here sooner. Our water is well water and is very bad water. It stinks, tastes like well water, and stains everything. Besides that, they were out here just 3 weeks ago to "fix" the softner. If it wasnt still under warranty, I certainly would not be using them. And even under this warranty, I have to pay labor costs.
