I worked with three Tri-County employees. 1. Dwight, at Costco 2. Colby Anderson, Sales Rep. 3. Nick Williamson, Master Plumber All three of these individuals were professional and excellent to work with. Nick did a great job removing our old manifold and filters from our 24+ year old RO system. It took about 5 or 6 days for the new system to get down below our previous TDS levels. Nick had predicted it would take about 1 week of use before we would obtain higher purified water, and that is exactly what occurred. Nick replaced an outside spigot that had leaked (only under pressure) for 3+ years. Previous quotes were 2 to 3 times more expensive! We have been in this house for over 40 years, and NEVER found a plumber I truly trusted. NICK WILLIAMSON will now be my first choice for all plumbing related issues. I'll likely will be getting a new water heater within 6 months, hopefully through Tri-CountyWater Conditioning.

After scheduling the appointment between 11 and 2, I get a call that it probably won't be until between 2 and 4pm. When the technician arrived there was zero assessment done, just the technician telling it would be $295 to clear the drain. Honestly $295 could not have come out of his mouth faster upon arrival. I am not sure why this couldn't have been told to me over the phone. The only thing I can think of is that you are trying to trap people into paying this high price. Its past 2pm at this point best case scenario if I don't use your service is I can maybe get another company out the next day. Frankly, its very dishonest. Nobody would use your service if you quoted this price up front. Then on top of it there was zero effort to keep a clean work space in my home. You just slap the routing machine down on the rug in my kitchen and then trail fluid from the drain on the floor when they carried the equipment out. I have an baby crawling around currently. After speaking with Chris who was very knowledgable, Drain King sent Jimmy out the next day to look at the situation. He walked around my house to assess the situation and went above and beyond even though it turned out to be an issue with a sewage pump. We weren't sure if it was the responsibility of the city or not but he waited to make sure the city didn't try to push off the blame. It turned out to be my responsibility but thanks to Drain King and Jimmy I now have an understanding of the problem that One Hour Rooter couldn't figure out. In fact they were completely wrong in their assessment of the situation. Do yourself a favor. and skip the rooter companies advertising on price only to tryto upsell you on outrageously expensive and unnecessary solutions. Call a reputable company like Drain King where they won't try to take advantage of you and know what they are doing.
