I never received a sorry and they never tried to make this right. i reached out to the lady that did my hair and got my money back which was $238. I paid for my hair to be beyond damaged. not to mention all the products i had to buy to try and nurse my hair back to health as well as a haircut to try and save what i could. The way they decided to remove the black from my hair wasn't the wrong thing to do, it was the 4 day break in between two sessions. and the care that wasn't had.
