I walked back into the shop and asked to see photos of her work. This is when she became extremely rude, telling me in a nasty tone that she had a customer and couldn't spend time talking to me. She did tell me to come for a consultation, but she didn't have availability before I left the area. I understand that this salon is a one-woman show and she had a customer, but she didn't offer to call me at a time more convenient to her or even act slightly sorry that a customer couldn't get more info from her. The best part is when I called yesterday to confirm the appointments I had booked with her two months earlier. She had canceled my appointments and claimed to have another wedding party that day. Again, no apologies, no attempt to rectify the situation. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had and prompted me to write my first yelp review.

As neither my wife or I had a Pedicure before, she directed my wife about the initial Very hot water in the foot soaker. My wife's toenail's REALLY needed trimming, and I just do not have the right tools or knowledge. REST assured that they will walk you thru the Process.
