I walked over to the store and Nate without hesitation jumped in to help. He found replacement screws, got everything tightened up, and had Lucas safely ready to play. His kindness and willingness to help saved the day. Customer service like that is hard to find. Huge thanks to Nate and the entire team at Rays Hockey for always taking care of the hockey community. Highly recommend!

Friendly people (Greg!) offering useful advice to get your kid into a proper pair of skates for the activity she is doing at the level she is doing it. Taking time to make sure the skates fit. Making adjustments. AND, putting your kid in the right skates regardless of the profit. Greg sold us a pair of used skates. I'm sure he made less than if he sold us new ones, but these were perfect for my daughter and her skating situation. Now he has what I'm sure is another in a long line of lifetime customers. If you shop anywhere else for skates, you've missed out.

I brought it in 1 week in advance and the day it was meant to be done they said they hadn't even started it. Once I picked it up, I immediately knew the quality wasn't great but I was in a rush so I paid the $30 just for the time they spent and because I was in a rush. I just went to Lacrosse Unlimited to ask to get it restrung and they called it "atrocious" and restrung it for me for free. In short, don't get lacrosse heads strung here, make the drive to lacrosse unlimited or a place reputable to get them strung.

I can't say enough good things about TSR Hockey and Brendan. There's a reason so many hockey…read morefamilies rave about their customer service and expertise. With my daughter playing on two top teams this year, we felt it was time to really fine-tune her skates. She has hypermobility in her ankles that causes her feet to turn slightly inward, affecting how her blades sit on the ice. Brendan went above and beyond. He reviewed photos and videos, fine-tuned her Superfeet insoles, adjusted her skates, and eventually moved one blade ever so slightly off-center to get her into a more neutral position. The difference has been remarkable. Her balance has improved, she's skating faster, and the skates are working with her much more naturally. After spending considerable time helping her, Brendan even took a look at my skates. After eight knee surgeries and a recent ankle surgery, he made adjustments that have me feeling noticeably more balanced on the ice too. Brendan's knowledge, patience, and attention to detail are second to none. I just wish I'd met him before my college hockey career! Thank you, Brendan, for everything you've done for both of us. TSR has absolutely earned our business. We'll definitely be back!

I will be taking skating classes for the first time and my mother dug out her old (50+ years!) but barely worn skates and gave them to me. I brought them to the shop to ask if it's actually feasible for me to skate with them and, if it is, to get them sharpened. I love a shop that very clearly explains the pros and cons of each decision and doesn't push you into making a purchase. They explained that if I decide to go beyond my first few sessions of lessons, I'll likely want the support offered by new boots (and pulled down boots from their shelves to show me the difference in ankle structure and support), but for now there's no reason I shouldn't be able to use them, pointing out that my ankles don't lean in when I lace into them. They sharpened my skates for me quickly while I waited and I bought soft guards. Now my hand-me-down skates are all set for my classes! Needless to say, if I decide to continue with skating, there's nowhere else I'll go to purchase skates.
