I wasn't sure…read morewhat to expect given I have zero knowledge of skateboarding, so I was blown away with the experience - Mike, who I later found out was also the owner, patiently educated all of us and helped our son build a skateboard! It only took about 20-30 minutes to select the parts and build, and it ended up being an experience for our son as opposed to just picking out a gift. The shop is organized with board options, but also clothing, accessories, shoes, etc and cool artwork. The highlight though was Mike - he was kind, helpful, spoke directly to our son through the process, and answered all of our silly questions. The shop offers lessons. And we felt the pricing to be very fair.

There are a lot of fishing specialty items, such as lures or special hooks, that you just can't find at other locations. The prices seemed reasonable. I got my fishing license through them and had a good chat about their personal experiences. Everyone there was very nice and you can tell it's a cool small business. The store itself is in an area next to the 7-Eleven with a small parking lot, so if you're driving by, you may miss it. Just use the 7-Eleven as your reference. I definitely will come back again for future fishing needs.

Do you have kids? If so, AVOID this store. Not mom-lifestyle friendly at all…read more Today my 4 year old daughter and I visited the Glen Mills, PA lululemon. I started a fitting room with probably $600 worth of clothes. My daughter said she had to use the potty (again, she is 4) and I asked an employee if I could use their bathroom. The employee looked at us and dismissively said "we don't have public restrooms" and then said "you could try Fresh Market" (grocery store that is opposite side of the shopping center). This employee could see my daughter was uncomfortable so I left without another word. To any mom who has a rare window to shop, you know how difficult it is to do so with little kids in tow. Have YOU ever told a 4 year old to 'hold it' while you walk for 7 minutes to another store that *might* have a public restroom in the freezing cold?! I understand stores have a no public bathroom for a reason, I worked for 5 years in retail. However in my situation I would hope Lululemon would have the wherewithal to train their staff to recognize a stressful situation and make a small exception. If you can expect hardworking moms to pay $150 for a pair of pants, but not even grant them an exception to use your restroom, shame on you. I left the store so disappointed and embarrassed and I am prepared to never, EVER give Lululemon another penny which is a shame, because today they lost out on a sale from a loyal customer today. DO BETTER.

Originally, my husband and I were looking into a third party company that sold similar PVC playsets…read morebut it was VERY expensive so I decided to do some more research and discovered King Swings. King Swings was actually much cheaper than the third party company and honestly, I felt like the quality was the same and some details of the King Swings sets were better actually. For example, the King Swings picnic tabletop ends don't have exposed ends. Another was that the windows in the playhouse can open and close along with the interior of the playhouse looking finished. The King Swing sets that have the monkey bars attached to the play deck have 2 detachable ropes at the end of the monkey bars. The other company had slats instead which I thought was odd because then you couldn't reach the play deck once you got to the end of the monkey bars. King Swings also had a stairs option when the other company only had the ladder. This way with the stairs, older adults and small children can safely walk up. We specifically wanted PVC because although it was pricier, we wanted something that would last and didn't require upkeep such as wood needing to be treated or issues like the wood splintering. I was really hesitant at first in placing an order because I wasn't able to see the playsets in person due to King Swings being too far of a drive. However, I was able to speak to 2 other moms that either had one of the playsets or had gone to the location to see the playsets and they had nothing but positive feedback. King Swing's customer service was amazing. I am the type that is super detail oriented and I felt bad asking so many questions but both Nicki and Crystal were so patient with my questions and answered all of them quickly via website chat and email. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase or to upgrade parts (ie, the nicer slide). Each time I requested a design change, Nicki would send me an updated playhouse sketch almost right away. I also love how customizable the sets are so you are sure to find something to fit your budget and everything looks attractive. In terms of installation, from the time of arrival to time of departure from our house was about 1.5 hours. We were given a time estimate arrival of 7AM and Paul, Ben and Jack got to our house at 7:35AM. During the install, one of them told us one of the side panels of the playhouse had a scratch on it so he replaced the part right away. I don't even know if I would have noticed it to begin with since it was on the side and being outdoors and all! We got the 6x6 playhouse with the avalanche slide, staircase, monkey bar with 3 swings and a hammock swing (super comfortable by the way). My son was thrilled when he saw the playset and honestly, my husband and I were just as thrilled! These playsets are not cheap but they are worth every penny! I can honestly see our set lasting for YEARS and we just had ours installed yesterday. We're so happy we found your company. Thank you King Swings and thank you Paul, Ben and Jack for the phenomenal installation job! P.S. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe be able to send a sample cut of the PVC so potential customers can see how the material feels. Or maybe have a showroom/sample playset somewhere closer because that was what was holding me back at first. It's a large purchase and not something you can just mail back if not satisfied.

Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing…read more .........
