Very, very cute burger stop in Lexington. Had a veggie burger and a breakfast burrito (all day breakfast!) and both were delicious. Hardworking young staff is friendly and capable. Might be on the expensive side if you just wanted a bite to go, but worth a sit-down meal in their sunny and welcoming dining room. Great ambiance, would stop by all the time if I were local!

Excellent food and service, great indoor and outdoor seating. My only beef with this place is that they seem to up charge for everything and don't include sides with their sandwiches.

Donuts

Great fun atmosphere and wonderful service. Ask for Sarah, she was the best and so helpful. Food was fresh and great flavors. Best fries ever. Will certainly come back!

My husband and I loved our experience at Pure Eats! The cinnamon sugar donuts are amazing, the service was excellent, and our meals were delicious

Fun place to eat with good food! However, the prices are a bit high for basic burgers, fries/onion rings, and shakes. The buns and sweet potato fries are delicious. The patties themselves are just okay and the shakes are a little thin and melt quickly.

the food is excellent! the servers are friendly and efficient. Overall one of the best breakfast places we have been to... p.s the cinnamon raisin bagel is a must try

A very small over cooked terrible burger

Pure Eats is known to be a staple but this place has only disappointed me since moving back home and eating there again. First off the line up to the counter was very awkward and the employees seemed very annoyed I wanted to take my time looking at the menu. Mostly because everything that should just come on a burger or a hotdog is all up charged. I ordered a burger with cheese and fries and it cost me almost $15 which if the burger was any good or a decent size maybe I would be happier with it. My burger paddy was very small way over cooked and the bun was hard and dry. The only good thing we're the fries. Which I had to pay almost $5 bucks for. And the bag had barely any fries in it. The atmosphere in there is so stuffy and you feel like you're eating in a little kids playroom. Overall terrible place the breakfast I've had before as well it was so bad. Worst bagel that they bought probably frozen and same for the biscuits. Don't eat here they try to say the local beef is what is pure but it's not done properly to make it any good. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! You can see below how sad the burger was for this didn't even cover the whole bun

This is a very nice find for donuts in Lexington. It has some parking out front and is within easy walking distance from hotels on Main Street. Six of us went in here on a Sunday morning for some donuts and bagels. THe donuts were excellent! They had a lemon one this day and I love lemon! They offer several different kinds of bagels including everything bagels... you can also add egg, bacon and avocado. We will definitely have donuts and bagels from here again

Cheeseburger, French Fries, Chocolate Milkshake

Diner like restaurants, that specializes in homemade donuts with breakfast served all day. We like to go for a cheeseburger and fries. Ambience is cool, old gas station with pillowed benches and red whitens blue decor. Prices are reasonable. Service is quick, order at the counter. My milkshake was a little thin, so ask for it thicker if that's how you like it. Great location in Lexington, close to Washington and Lee, VMI and downtown. Outdoor seating and beer and wine served too. Small parking lot and street parking... usually never hard to find a spot. Could be a line in prime times. All in all a good place for a quick casual bite.

Came by for lunch, ordered some burgers, they were alright, nothing special. They forgot to put lettuce on one burger but that's alright. Onion rings were pretty tasty. The Cole slaw was meh, had a sour taste to it.

The food is tasty, hot and fresh. Great cottage ambiance, and the staff is likely the best in Lexington.

Donuts were a must! Food was okay, cold, so asked to reheat in which they didn't. But cute little place that I'd love to try again

Cute little coffee shop in an open space that is also a little market but the market does open up…read moremuch later than the coffee shop. Loved that we could bring our dog in to hangout. The only thing was that the individuals taking our order on two different days and different people seemed a little indifferent. We tried the Purple Haze and the Honey Bee Lattes. Purple haze was delicious but the Honey Bee Latte had a lot of cinnamon. We also tried their Chorizo, Sausage and Cheese Burrito with salsa. Great flavor but there was a lot more egg and not enough chorizo. They also have a lot of pastries and baked goods. We did get a chocolate muffin which was very good. Overall I would recommend, it's a cute spot.

Unfortunately, a toasted bagel with butter had the butter on the side, and thus by the time I ate my bagel it was cold and didn't butter the way I wanted it to. Their chai was a syrupy but interesting flavor that emphasized spice more than sugar; at least, the first few sips were before I clumsily dropped it. No blame for them on that. Adding a parfait to eat later was a good decision that gave me energy for the day. They had a wide menu, and while I wanted a bit more from my bagel I could certainly find a quick and easy breakfast downtown here whenever I needed it.

I had a small PB&J smoothie bowl, Golden Butter Curry Bowl, and a Chai Latte; my buddy had a smoothie bowl, Buffalo Tofu Wrap, and a fresh pressed apple juice that was a lovely light chartreuse color. He then topped off with a Blueberry Poptart and a coffee. Yummers! We were going to eat on the nice covered patio but the thunderstorm moved in and the rain was lashing in so we ate inside comfortably situated watching the light show outside. After eating we shopped for supplies in the attached natural grocery then headed home in the sunshine.

The result was robustly flavored and fit my need for an early meal. The location is part of a mixed residential and retail complex that was a bit odd to navigate. They also had a bunch of smoothies and such, and I noted one customer who actually asked for the non-dairy nut milk to be replaced with dairy milk. I found it amusing that we've gotten to a point where someone ordering food has to explain that they're not a vegan. If you are avoiding dairy, however, there's plenty for you here, and I could not expect a small place in a town like this to fill its niche much better.
