She uses hard wax and also has skincare products for sale (ingrown hair serums (Bush Balm and Fur Oil), exfoliators, and body scrubs, etc.). She also offers 3-month waxing packages. They do not need to be used within 3 months, but you can use them for your next 3 waxes. When I got home, I noticed there was about 5-10% hair left over but it was in a spot that I remembered European Wax Center staff either also missed or weren't able to get as well. I normally would go to a certain business that has locations around the country. But they were booked up for the time and day I was looking for. Then someone referred me to Blue Rose and when I arrived the esthetician was very nice. I have had bad experiences with small places like this before. So I was kind of nervous and asking a lot of questions. Which she was able to answer for me and helped ease my nerves. If you ever have been waxed you know it's not painless. But if you have a good person who is experienced then they can make it as painless as possible. And that is exactly what they did for me. The best part she didn't double dip or have used sticks in the wax. Again I have been to small shops before and noticed them trying to double dipping the stick to save money. That is not hygienic nor safe for others. So I always watch for these moves. But not here and I really felt comfortable and loved the atmosphere. I am now wishing she lived in my home state because I would be a regular customer. But I guess the next time I'm flying over I will make another appointment with her.

After seeing numerous specialists, under going countless tests and various treatments. I was told my hearing loss was permanent and due to an autoimmune disorder causing inflammation on my trigeminal nerve. I resorted to wearing a hearing aid in attempt to balance out my senses and drown out the debilitating tinnitus. At 47 years old, I was at a low point. I felt like my body was failing me. I thought I was eating healthy and lived an active lifestyle yet I would consistently wake in a fog, my joints ached and I felt exhausted all the time. I struggled to get a good night's sleep. I was depressed with the thought this is the way the rest of my life would be. In came Davina to the rescue. She suspected my ailments stemmed from a leaky gut and an imbalance in my microbiome which ultimately was affecting my entire body. To confirm, she suggested testing of the bacteria levels in my gut.
