I should have listened to the previous reviews. My acrylic full set does not look good. The shape is different from nail to nail. The length is different from nail to nail. Look at the edges. Look at how thick they are. These will grow out horribly. Also it took over 2 hours. I'm so unhappy and I have to live with these now. I'll probably go somewhere else within a week to get these fixed. Nice people. I'm sure a regular manicure would have been a perfectly fine experience but do not get a full set here. read more

I just got the best SNS powder manicure I've ever gotten. I called at 11 and made a 1pm appointment. Got there and was sitting in less than a minute. Place is nice and bathrooms are clean. The tools are sanitized per person and you see them open a new sanitized package for you. Carmen did my nails and she was amazing. I have very sensitive dry skin and cuticles and ALWAYS bleed, but not this time. She was super gentle and took care of every detail possible. Her suggestions worked great and I loved how she took her time and didn't seem rush (which is a constant issue at any other places). Will be definitely coming back! Terrible. I tried. This was my second visit and it was the one that determined it will be my last. The nail tech got tired of removing the nail polish that was on my feet and determined my nails were stained so, he painted over them....yup, I'll leave that there. There was one customer there when I arrived, four additional came during my visit. Each person was offered a drink, (water, tea, mimosa, soda) except for me. Yes, I was the only black customer. Was it a coincidence I was overlooked? Perhaps but I doubt it. My nails looked great for two hours. One nail chipped and now, two days later, the polish is off completely and I'll have to pay to get them redone elsewhere. My pedicure is horrible. When I called and spoke with the owner for resolution, she advised it, "was my problem". Terrible, terrible service. read more

Just left from a Mani pedi. I called before hand for an appointment and was treated like I was a bother. I've never had such a negative experience. The woman doing my services was so rude. She grunted whenever I would ask her anything. I was never offered anything to drink. I was told to stop laughing with my friend because it was disrupting her polishing my hands. No one said anything to me when I left, not a goodbye or a thank you. It was a very cold environment that I'm not interested in going back to, not sure why I came at all. read more

Well I decided to give them another chance and disappointed again. The nail tech was meticulous, so I tipped her well, but I'm assuming it was the owner who took off my dip powder. She seemed to be in a rush ....the place was empty btw - and she nicked my skin. Again. The sign outside said $5 off dip powder, but she said no. That's only if I get a mani pedi. But as far as I know, you don't do dip powder on toes. Your sign said $5 off dip powder. So either change the sign or honor the customer. I wound up paying an extra $8 more than what I normally pay for dip powder. I should've made the drive to PINK NAILS in Broomall. Not only is it $5 cheaper, but the manicure lasts 4 - 5 weeks. That's not an exaggeration. 4 - 5 weeks. So, will have to make the drive to Broomall from now on. read more

I got a set of gel acrylic nails a little less than 2 weeks ago and wasted $75 + tip on it. Already 3 nails have fallen off, some are much wider than others, and the polish looks bad. During the appointment they switched the tech doing my nails 5 times. One of my nails was almost completely sideways-- it should've been redone completely but I didn't ask for that because I didn't want to waste time. The tech filed it to make it straighter but said it was crooked because my finger is crooked, which isn't true. I wanted a simple French tip and showed the tech a reference picture, but she genuinely could not do a French tip. Another tech came over to do it and it took 5 tries of putting the polish on and wiping it off before it looked anywhere near the reference picture. I didn't like how it looked but I was nearly 2 hours into the appt and didn't feel like waiting longer. Because of the quality I assumed it was gonna be really cheap compared to other salons in the area but was shocked at the price. When I got home I had to file the sides of almost all of my nails because the polish bled and they didn't file it themselves, and the nails started lifting 3 days after the appointment. Way too expensive for my nails to look bad and fall off in less than 2 weeks read more

After seeing the horrible state of my fingernails, they assured me they could do my gel manicure as well. Two weeks later and my nails show no signs of wear. I really like this place. Very friendly and clean. They also do a really great job. My only complaint is sometimes I feel rushed. If someone comes in while I'm in the middle of my manicure they stop working on me to "start" them. Then they come back to me and finish is a rushed manner. If I'm getting polish removed it's almost aggressive because they are now rushing. Having your manicurist bounce back and forth isn't relaxing. I went to this place because it is about $10 cheaper than the place I regularly go to. And boy do you get what you paid for. First off, the inside looked as if it had not been cleaned in a little bit. They did not sanitize the counter space in between me and the person before me. The nail clippers the lady pulled out of her drawer, which I'm assuming had not been sanitized either. The "trash cans" they were using had decently sized holes all around them with no trash can liner, so anything they threw into the can had a possibility of making it onto the floor. As for the service itself.. the lady was extremely rough with my fingers - 6 out of 10 of my fingers bled. Every time she made a finger bleed, she would roll her eyes, and appear to be annoyed at me (as if it was my fault). I will NEVER be returning to this place again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Best nail salon I have ever been to! I walked in when they had a bridal party so they made me aware there would be a wait and asked if I wouldn't mind coming back in a half hour. I had nothing to do so I said that I wouldn't mind waiting- instead of letting me sit in a corner reading magazines she sat me in a pedicure chair with the water and back massager running and handed me magazines. I waited about 35 minutes for the best pedicure, the massage was great and they even use hot stones! In the middle of my pedicure my car meter was running low so before she painted my toes I asked if I could run outside to add money. She insisted that I stay put and that she would do it for me. While your toes are drying they give you a quick back massage. This seems like a common trend in nails salons but overall I think their service was excellent. read more

Pedicure is hot stone and massage your tired feet, my refills was done so thin, they feel and look natural.
