I started the Transformation Program at Fit 901 | CrossFit 901 about 10 weeks ago to support my…read moredaughter... but I never expected how much I would change. When I joined, I was tired all the time, my energy was low, and my A1C was high. I was worried about my health, my weight, and my habits. I kept telling myself I was "too busy" or "too old" to start something new -- but that first step through the door was the best decision I could have made. From day one, the coaches met me exactly where I was. They taught me how to eat smarter, move safely, and plan ahead so I could stay on track even with my crazy work schedule. They checked in every week and celebrated the little wins with me -- even the days when my "workout" was hauling laundry, climbing stairs, or dancing around while cleaning house! Today, just over 10 weeks later, I've lost 9 pounds, dropped my A1C from 9.1 to 6.4, and my blood sugar is finally in the normal range. I'm sleeping through the night, my clothes fit loose, I'm more active, and I'm not constantly craving sweets anymore. I even have the energy to keep up with my family, my staff, and my long workdays -- without needing a nap! The biggest change hasn't just been physical. It's mental. I've learned discipline, confidence, and balance. I no longer feel guilty for taking care of myself -- because now I see that's exactly what allows me to take care of everyone else. Fit 901 isn't a typical gym. It's a place where real people get real coaching, encouragement, and accountability. They help you build habits that last, not just quick fixes. If you've been thinking about making a change, stop waiting. If I can do it, you can too! Give yourself the gift of health -- come see what the Transformation Program at Fit 901 can do for you.

Joining Fit 901's Transformation Program has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! Before…read morestarting, I struggled for nearly a decade to build healthy habits and stick to a workout plan. I'd try running or lifting weights on my own, but I'd push too hard, burn out, and then fall off track. It was overwhelming trying to figure it all out on my own. At Fit 901, all of that changed. The program gave me exactly what I needed--structured workouts and incredible coaching that meets me where I am but pushes me to improve. I love how I can just show up, knowing the workouts are ready for me, and that I'll be coached in a way that prevents burnout. The hardest part is just getting in the car to go to the gym--after that, everything falls into place. In just six weeks, I've already seen amazing results. I'm stronger, faster, and my cardio endurance has improved so much. I've gained muscle, feel more confident, and even my work as a firefighter has gotten easier--I can last longer and work harder without wearing out. It feels incredible to see progress in the mirror and in how I perform. The best part of the Transformation Program is how it's not just about workouts. The coaching has helped me build healthy habits in every aspect of my life. I've learned so much about nutrition and how to stay consistent. It's like therapy for your body and mind--setting goals, seeing progress, and sticking to a plan with real support. If you're on the fence about joining, my advice is simple: don't overthink it--just do it! Trust the process, show up, and you'll see results. Fit 901 is more than a gym--it's a place where you'll transform your fitness, mindset, and life. I can't recommend it enough! -- Shane R.

There are plenty of cardio equipment options and weights. Staff is nice and helpful in answering questions I had about my membership. The gym is easy to spot from the street, I'm not sure about security guards or if there is any security services for the gym/shopping center. For the most part I would visit for convenience since it is closer. With the black card there is a limit on how many times you can " visit" another gym outside of your home gym and the limit is 10/month from what I was told here. But if you have questions about the black card perks definitely speak to one of the representatives for more accurate information.
