The instructor had the ability to both push you past your limits and encourage you for just showing up. With yoga, you use your body weight to exercise through various poses that help you strengthen your muscles. This studio makes your experience both physical and mental. I had one of my favorite Memphis yoga experiences here. They allow new visitors to try out the classes unlimited for two weeks at $35. They have in-person, online and private classes with 50, 60, and 80-minute formats for every level, beginner to advanced. The classes include Sumits-style hot yoga, tabata-style hot Pilates, a vinyasa style yoga flow, Ashtanga Short Form and Yin Yoga. They run 5:50 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sundays. Check them out. They seem like good people.

That's it ! Everything is confusing when you walk in! And plus they charged me $100 plus $40 just to sign up! Forget that! There's ATC right down the street that I can $25 for and go to all 20 of them! It's just not worth it to me ! There's only one Germantown athletic club and fifty other clubs that have more than one! The waiver comes via text which made it easy to get that done prior to class. The class starts on time. I was still looking for the actual place when class started so had to reschedule for another day (there were also texts and calls reminding me about this). The actual class was awesome. The instructor had a nice calm voice and demonstrated what needed to be done (while talking us through how to get into position) which was great for different types of leaners. At the end of class, we were given a spiel about packages with the option for drop in classes. I personally prefer a handout with exact class days and times as my schedule varies from week to week. I did not buy a package that day, but still continue to get texts from here. When my schedule slows down some, I will definitely be working Pilates in.

She wouldn't transfer it over to her new studio at her house. The people are shifty here and my experience was awful. I suggest NOT going here and they charge way too much money.
