Aerial yoga is no joke but super fun and luckily I was in a class full of other first timers so it wasn't too intimidating or fast paced. Their HIIT class allows you to incorporate some weights and bands to make it even more of a challenge, along with the room already being hot. The Power Yoga class is NOT for the weak so prepare to sweat and get into some tougher poses. The Barre class took me by surprise as I assumed we'd be doing some ballerina-ish movements, it was more similar to a Zumba class and Liz's energy makes it super enjoyable. I had the pleasure of booking with each one of the instructors and I can confidently say each person was a delight. They have a good amount of free parking, but I would show up no earlier than 10 minutes before so that you can take the parking spaces of the previous class right once they leave. The studio feels very homey upon entering and I love the no shoe policy upon arrival. There's cubbies right outside of the heated room where you can put your phone & other belongings. Overall, I'm happy to know this studio offers classes beyond just hot yoga. It's conveniently located nearby Downtown Hollywood and they're open all 7 days of the week which is great! Anybody looking to try something new or wanting to get out of their comfort zone should definitely swing by, as the friendliness of the staff makes you want to come back for more!

There's FREE parking behind the studio for those who need to drive. Membership perks include free hand towel before class and a cold towel at the end of class which is a glorious way to cool down after all that heat. The thing I like about the OM spot best is that literally no class is ever the same.  Yes, it's the same poses, but the sequences are always different.  I find this helps my mind stay in the class. I would say it's a little more athletic than some other hot yoga studios, which I consider to be a plus.   Take a class here, join, you won't regret it. Promise.

Beverly, Brigitte, Diana, Jori and Nell have whipped me back into shape in the month I've been coming here. The studio is spacious to accommodate about 9 students in Social distancing. Sanitary and strict by the rules I feel safe here. If your still COVID weary - and u have every right to be- they offer Zoom classes for every class in studio. Gone is the era of adjustments and personalized form but at this state we have all been working out enough to know what the hey "tuck your tailbone" means. Beautiful Merch and yoga mats available to purchase along with class packages to adjust your budget. If you get membership it has its perks. Private and semi private sessions on reformers also! They offer other workshops but check their website or app on MINDBODY. PS bring your own mat and props though they offer weights, balls and blocks other soft surface props are not offered... covid... I had no…read moreidea what i signed up for because wow, super challenging but I appreciated the instructor coming over to correct my form while also helping me with the reformer. It was my first time ever doing a lagree class and it definitely kicked my butt in the best way possible! I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to take it up a notch from your standard Pilates!

Somehow whatever the other people was doing seems easier than mine? LOL. There is no treadmill so it is mostly with weights, steps, kettles, balls and other strength machines. Matt told me that there are classes for circuit training and yoga. Looks like there are rooms for other rehab training etc.

Discovered cycled fusion after a Yelp Elite event, Badges and Bikes 2026. After that class I was…read morehooked! I registered for the Morgan Wallen and Friends class and I'm so glad I did! The hostess was incredibly sweet, waving the $4 cleats fee as it was technically my first class and I was unaware. Making my way to their locker room, they were decorated for Valentine's Day. I thought it was a sweet touch. The rooms, including the bathrooms, were very clean and smelled nice. Bathrooms were equipped with all the essentials, including feminine products, which I appreciated. My instructor was Dariann. Super sweet and high energy. She was engaging and motivating, keeping everyone in good spirits during the class. I enjoyed the song choices and the over all energy of the class. At the end of the session, the hostess was waiting at the door with cold towels. After an intense workout, those really were welcomed! :-D Looking forward to my next class.

She plays mostly hip-hop songs (so, if that isn't your thing, this isn't the class for you) and gives instructions throughout. If you have done step aerobics before, it is easy to catch on. She has classes on Saturdays and Sundays. However, she does have pop-ups here and there. If you are looking for a high-intensity, calorie-burning, and fun workout; try this class.
