The vibiest hot mat class I've ever been to!!!…read more I wish we had something like this in Orlando.... I need them to open a location here ASAP! I was in town for a week for reformer Pilates training, and my friends have been raving about babe hot Pilates, and specifically about how amazing Alejandro is. We decided to take his "Cute Booty" class and my booty was definitely feeling it after this! Alejandro was extremely personable. He asked for song requests from the entire room, he made it a point to walk around and chat with clients before class started, and then he took us through an insane lower body workout. I was SWEATING! The playlist was fire, the workout was intense, and the vibes were 10 out of 10. I booked my class through ClassPass and it was 8 credits. I also needed to rent a mat because I didn't feel like traveling down to Miami with it, and the mat rental was $8. I will gladly come back here the next time I'm in Miami!

I loved the teacher. She had us choose an affirmation card to start and we closed out with cold towels placed on our foreheads. The studio is also very cute and feminine. I came in for a class at noon, and the aesthetic was super nice and clean. The only odd thing was that there was no one at the front desk to check me in, nor anyone to tell me where things were located. There was a class in session when I arrived, and quickly realized that the instructor was also performing front desk duty as well as cleaning the studio. The class itself was very good, with lots of hands on adjustments and the instructor was great. I'd definitely come back here again the next time I'm in Miami.

The downside is that they don't have towels, which is kind of odd considering you may lay down on the ball - even if it was "cleaned" by the person before. At the same time, I had also purchased six private lessons and was on a monthly membership. Unexpectedly, I was asked to leave the studio, and I was told my deposit would be returned. This situation has been frustrating and disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering committing financially to make sure all terms, refund policies, and expectations are clearly documented upfront.

The teachers here have all been excellent-however the owner doesn't seem to be able to keep anyone…read moresince I've come here for more than a year now the turnover has been astonishing. The truest reason I am changing my review is that over time-the heating system in this studio has proven that it has no humidity control and this is Florida-already soooo humid. Last summer when I practiced I ended up with heat stroke for the first time after close to two decades practicing. I decided to stop going for the entire summer because I didn't want that to happen to me again. I waited until late October and started to bring my own temperature and humidity gauge. That's when I discovered that more often than not the humidity is over 70% when it's supposed to be 40%. The heater obviously isn't working as the studio owner placed a large free standing space heater inside as a "quick" fix because the room wasn't getting hot enough during winter. Welp, just spent the last few days sick as a dog with a fever again from this place. I saw my own gauge and other people leaving class. I couldn't make it to final breathing. I texted the owner-who never answers her phone or calls back. I texted her Sunday when it happened. She didn't text me back for three days and I will share all her texts here as not one even asked "how are you feelings?". This woman shouldn't own a yoga studio. And this place is absolutely not a safe space for practice when the temperature and humidity are not regulated. I asked her to invest in a dehumidifier which seemed to me like it would be right up her alley since it's a small plug in investment. Instead of actually doing research or trying a dehumidifier or discussing it with any of her teachers-the teacher I told I was sick immediately after class and showed her the humidity even agreed that she has worked in a studio that used one and it worked wonders. Dismissed completely. Not one question about my health either. Not one. Very telling. Never going back. This studio is NOT SAFE And I just noticed that yesterday she refunded the one class I had left so she was dismissing me

First time I was not prepared (didn't bring my card) and they don't have apple pay. Christina the instructor for Friday was extra thoughtful and so helpful she helped me figure out a way to check in and pay for my class to make sure I would be able to join. The class was absolutely amazing, very clean studio with great natural light and on point guidance. Came back this morning and had yet again great experience, different instructor but just as great, so calming, so inspiring, I left the class feeling light and definitely detoxed hehe. I will be coming back whenever in town. Five stars all the way.

From the moment I walked in, the energy was high, the music was on point, and the staff made me feel welcomed and hyped instead of intimidated. Chanty is an incredible instructor super clear with her cues, motivating without being over the top, and really good at checking in and offering options whether you're new or more advanced. The mix of treadmill and floor work had my heart rate up the entire class, but the time flew by because the programming and playlist were so good. What really sealed the deal for me was the experience after class. The locker rooms and showers were spotless and perfectly equipped with everything I needed: towels, toiletries, hair products, dryers literally all the post-workout essentials so I could leave feeling refreshed and ready to go on with my day. If you're in the Aventura area and want a challenging, fun, and well-supported workout, I can't recommend Barry's Aventura enough. I'll definitely be back for more of Chanty's classes!
