While speaking with an associate about my car having the wrong tires, I watched a different worker back a customer's car into a suv behind it, whom i tracked down to inform her of the incident. They left tool marks on my rims where theu gouged their crowbar into my rims and left their grease all over my rims after installing the correct tires. I was not given a discount for their screw up or even an apology. Do not use!

I usually purchase my own parts since it is considerably cheaper and just get charged for the labor. The most recent and last time I took my vehicle there was for a fuel pump which I purchased and they put on. I drove my vehicle for 2 days and noticed it was doing the exact same thing. I was told by Jose who refused to give me his last name, that he wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle until Monday since his power was out due to a storm which I understood. Then he also said he didn't have anyone who could tow it while I was stranded in the middle of the highway. I was only asking him to get it to the shop even if it was sitting outside a couple of days so it wouldn't be on the side of the road. I then asked if he still had my old fuel pump just to make sure they put the new one on and he told me no that it was no longer at the shop but couldn't tell me what happened to it. I honestly believe something intentionally was done with my wiring or a relay relating to the fuel pump cause my vehicle to stall since it was performing worse than what it was after the new pump was installed. Jose refused to work with me in any kind of way and told me he had other things he had to do. I would not recommend this shop for adding air to your tires. These people are rip offs and you cannot trust anything that tell you

I parked my car at 12:30 on the Free at Last Bail Bonds lot, which was closed. When I left the funeral at 3:30, I returned to the vehicle to witness my sister being harassed by your employee, Joe. This man threatened to take pics of my tags, and demanded 75 dollars to prevent towing. He tried to coerce money from me but no other drivers that parked on the lot. I guess because they were male. Joe initially said that he was called there by a Mrs. Harris. Later said he was called there by a Mrs. Smith. No LRPD were called to the site. After demanding my $100 back, he said my tags would be turned in to the LRPD and I'd receive a fine. I called the LRPD. A chief with the LRPD informed me that there is NO LAW in which a tow truck company can turn in ANY tags for tickets. It's up to the owners to call the authorities to have a vehicle towed. If you look on FB for Free at Last Bail Bonds, the owner replied and said that NO ONE was at the business, as it was closed for the day. The business was aware of the funeral and had no issues with people parking there. All of this to say that Joe is a liar, cheater, deceiver, and lacks empathy and ethics, and has no business working for you or anyone else. Be careful, because this man is a liability to your company. You better fix your employee ethics issue. FAST.
