I knew exactly how much the parts were, they called to let me know there was a bit of a delay because the job was slightly complicated. Luckily I had friends to catch up with and thought nothing of it. When I picked up my car, it was purring, something I hadn't experienced in a while, since I'd apparently gotten used to the howl. They'd checked my fluids and belts, knowing I had a long drive home, just to be on the safe side, and even offered to order touch up paint noticing a scrape across the front fender. They went above and beyond to make it right. 2, today I was in for brakes and tires. Thought I needed pads for sure as I have 88k miles and needed rotors turned as they had warped. Now there's many service departments out there that will say you need all kinds of things repaired or replaced, but not Russell...they called to tell me all I needed was the rotors turned and that the pads still had plenty of life left...saving me about a grand. PRE-OWNED BUYER BEWARE…read more I want to start by saying my experience actually began really well. I was purchasing from out of state, found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price, and my salesman Kevin was great. He was attentive and went above and beyond, even sending me screenshots of the vehicle's full service history to put my mind at ease. Brian in finance was equally great, very straightforward about the extended warranties and he even overnighted my paperwork to get everything finalized quickly. Up until that point I had nothing but good things to say. That all changed once my down payment went through. I arranged my own auto transport to have the vehicle shipped to me. When my driver showed up to the dealership for pickup, he did his standard pre-transport inspection and found damage that nobody had ever mentioned to me. Not once during the entire sales process. It wasn't in any of the listing photos and it wasn't on the CarFax. The salesman on site reviewed the findings and signed off on the damage report before the car was loaded onto the truck. The vehicle arrived to me with mild hail damage and significant paint and door damage on the passenger side, all of which was known by the dealership and never disclosed to me as the buyer. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I have called the dealership every single day since. I've left voicemails for both sales managers Eric Marbley and Josh Lynn, as well as Kevin and Brian, and I have not received a single call back. Not one. Complete radio silence from everyone involved in my sale. This isn't just a lesson about not buying a car without seeing it in person. Plenty of people buy remotely without getting burned like this. This is about a dealership that knowingly sold a damaged vehicle without disclosing it and then went completely silent the moment the deal was done. When we requested a Goodwill/Customer loyalty repair, it was denied by BMW North America and BMW of Little Rock...their reason being that we had purchased one new set of tires from a local tire shop instead of BMW. The seam of the catalytic converter was cracked and I was hoping for a cheap fix, but realistically my truck probably needs a new Y-pipe with both cats. I chose Marty's Muffler based on some good Yelp reviews. I called Marty to get an opinion over the phone and he told me they would be glad to take a look at my issue to see if welding it was an option. I showed up about 30 minutes later. They had me pull my truck in the shop, lifted it up and immediately noticed the coffee can shaped catalytic converter top seam was cracked all the way around. I asked about a replacement converter. They offered to try welding the seam on the converter for 25 bucks! Wait a minute... Most shops won't even look at you for under 50 bucks let alone fix anything! They were able to weld all the way around the converter while it was in place and now it sounds brand new. I gladly offered to pay double for the repair but Marty politely refused my offer and explained that's just how they do business and they never charge for looking at people's vehicles or for estimates. Please go here for all your exhaust and muffler work to help support these guys. It's not often I fell blessed to do business somewhere but I did today. We need this shop around for many more years!

Both visits were fast and the right price. If I had known of this place before I bought my exhaust I would of had him build me a custom one. Will definitely get all my exhaust business until I move. Only negative I have is that his welds aren't that pretty, but who cares? They are outta sight and are solid. Lastly, he runs by first come first serve only for the most part. If you go there and he's busy and decide to come back later he will do his best to get you in asap on your next visit.
