Trista and Shannon are very nice, responsive, and in two years I never had an issue.

The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. The dog park is a great feature along with the club house and gym. The gym could be a bit bigger but overall is a great space. There is construction going on across the way from building 7.

We've grown our family and moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in our time at Timberwood Commons. I was pregnant at the time so they even offered to help us move which saved us so much time and money. They've gone above and beyond to make our experience here the best that there is with apartment living. When heating rates doubled, I talked to them about how our Nest Thermostat (smart thermostat that can be controlled with your phone) had been saving us money- what did they do? They installed one for everyone in the complex. Amazing. My advice to anyone living here or moving in is that you go to them with any issue or request because they've been exceedingly flexible and helpful to us at every turn. The apartment itself is beautiful, new looking (even the one we moved into that had been lived in before us). We had a baby and kids living above us and rarely heard the softest of a baby cry if you were listening carefully and, having our own infant, my mom ears probably only heard it because of that. We sleep trained our baby when he was older and our next door neighbor said he never heard a thing (as we were sure to make sure this didn't disturb him). When I was pregnant and couldn't walk up stairs because of complications they modified our ground level apartment so we could walk out of the porch (by installing a door) so I could get to my car without stairs right to my car- 10 feet away. Made it possible for me to leave the house on my own which was a lifesaver (and a job saver). The property management has always been incredibly friendly and helpful with every question, request and transition in our life. As my husband graduates his fellowship soon, we will be moving soon but will be sad to leave as finding another apartment with this kind of service is likely impossible. I'd also add we share the electrical line with the hospital and even through storms where most of town has lost power, we never have- not even during the hurricane. So that's a huge plus too!

When something needs to be worked on, it is fixed quickly and the men are very helpful and friendly. We love that we are so close to our work places and how quiet our neighbors are. We can't hear anything from above us or beside us! And this apartment complex is dog friendly with lots of dogs, which we love. Highly recommend living here if you work close to Dartmouth-it is so convenient and budget friendly. It is also located at the end of Wolf Road so it's quiet and there isn't a ton of traffic coming through.

Shocked that this apartment complex has any positive reviews. By far the worst (yet most expensive)…read moreplace I have ever lived. When we moved in there were many issues--it was dirty, a stove burner didn't work, the oven light was out, the washing machine was moldy, the air conditioner couldn't be adjusted at all, and would blow a fuse if the oven was also being used (?!??). When we asked for things to be fixed, the maintenance staff was condescending and didn't do any repairs. In fact, they threatened to replace those appliances with worse models! The crappy folding closet doors all fell off their tracks and hinges at some point in the year. The worst part, though, is certainly the fact that the grounds of the entire property are covered in dog feces. There are literally piles of dog poop everywhere, and management does nothing about it, except sending out a fruitless "reminder" email twice a year. For 4 months the dog poop stations had no bags and were not emptied, despite SF charging a monthly dog fee. You also have to pay a fee to complete an online pet screening, and it auto-renews the payment annually even after you move out! Finally, they have an absurd plowing schedule that requires you to move your car around the parking lot multiple times a day every time it snows. Once at 10am on a HOLIDAY Monday, three tow trucks rolled in to start towing tenants' cars away. Home sweet home??!
