We recently moved to the Lebanon area and are so happy we found Stone Farm Apartments! The management has been incredibly helpful and kind. When something needs to be worked on, it is fixed quickly and the men are very helpful and friendly. We love that we are so close to our work places and how quiet our neighbors are. We can't hear anything from above us or beside us! And this apartment complex is dog friendly with lots of dogs, which we love. Highly recommend living here if you work close to Dartmouth-it is so convenient and budget friendly. It is also located at the end of Wolf Road so it's quiet and there isn't a ton of traffic coming through. read more

I would give this PLACE a 0 but not allowed DO NOT RENT there .. they might allow animals but there is BLACK MOLD IN EVERY APARTMENT we moved 2 times to different places . They had to shut it down and they're on a MOLD MINE we LOST SO MUCH of our personal belongings and THEY might make it look good but get a MOLD TEST They haven't fixed it i promise that... we lived there for Years moved out last year thank GOD!! I would never recommend living at Stone Farm to my worst enemy. I'm finishing up a year lease here and the last six months have complete hell. Here's the story: About six months ago, they started a construction project at the community. There was very limited information sent out about what would be going on and what to expect in your apartment. On the very first day, we were the first unit they started on, And we were all woke into a saw blade coming through our wall (Super glad that we weren't sleeping Against that wall!) The First email regarding the construction said to "take things off the wall because they might fall". Nowhere did it say to cover all your items because they would get absolutely coated in sheet rock dust or that your room would have chunks of sheet rock strewn about. When I brought this to the attention of one of the construction managers, he pretty much said "your apartment complex should've told you to expect this", which they obviously told us the bare minimum. We to this day are still gif ing sheet rock dust in nooks and cranny's. And little did we know that was just the tip of the iceberg. Over the course of this project, he was very obvious. The workers were just gonna throw any debris or trash that was straight on the ground and not put in any effort to pick it up. This caused nails and sharp objects to be laying around all the walkways making it very unsafe for pets to walk and even humans or the duration of this project. I ended up having four nails and or screws in my car tires, all of which matched the nails and screws you could find all over the ground so there was no question that was a result of their lack of cleanup. For about four months, I played email, and phone tag and communicated in person Looking for something to be done about the lack of care for the cleanup. Stone farm just passed it all off on the construction company and didn't want to take any responsibility and didn't want to put any effort into making them clean it up better I have probably 20 emails and I've called over 30 times in the lack of response is infuriating. No one will take responsibility and they just say it's a big project and it's hard to clean everything up. This doesn't even include the fact that they had to replace windows and doors and reseal them when it was 20° or less outside through the winter. I remember sitting at my dining room table with a coat hat and gloves on while eating lunch one day because there was snow literally blowing into my kitchen. We had multiple instances where workers left windows open during the winter at the end of the day so we would come home after work and there were windows open. Also had multiple instances where our front door was unlocked when we get home from work all of these instances were land reported to Stone farm for them to not do anything about it because they obviously happened again. I could find at least three different times an email chain is just gone dead and I've followed up multiple times with them and they failed to respond. I call no one picks up. I go to the office and no one's ever there during the post office hours the head property manager is never actually on site. It's always the assistant who doesn't seem to be able to do anything. Regarding apartment entry, There would always be emails saying that the workers were coming to your Apartment on "x" day. They would never show up on the day they were supposed to and they would show up on other days where they weren't supposed to. We would also only be notified about any initial work. There are multiple times we had that guys come knock on my door and say hey, we just have to look at something which was completely unscheduled and I know they would've done if we weren't home. I truly chased these people for six months for not a single person to take any responsibility (or hardly reply!) for the nightmare, living conditions or the damage to my car tires. read more

No one ever picks up the phone, responds to voicemail, or communicates properly when maintenance/construction will be entering the apartments. It has been frustrating and incredibly expensive living here. Save yourself, go somewhere else. read more

I cannot in good conscience recommend Stone Farm Apartments or the management company behind it. My experience has been nothing short of infuriating, disrespectful, and wildly unprofessional. After submitting a rental application (only due to the staff member telling me that was the only way to see all available apartments), application fee and a holding fee, we were approved for a unit. We were assured by a Stone Farm representative that we would be able to tour the unit before signing a lease. We went on the tour and was assured by the Leasing Office Staff - once again - that we were okay to let them know our decision AFTER the tour. We did just that - and we let them know we would not be moving forward, and expect ted to get holding fee back (as that is what the STAFF MEMBER told us). We asked multiple times and were continually ignored or misled. Our questions and follow-ups went unanswered - and still are unanswered I have yet to receive a response from my numerous emails to stone farm and Briarcliff. We were left in the dark--while they held our money and made it impossible to make an informed decision. This is NOT how you treat people looking to make a home. Their process is misleading at best, and exploitative at worst. If this is how they treat applicants, I can only imagine how they treat their tenants. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Save yourself the time, stress, and money--look elsewhere. read more

I love all the apartments you have an eye love the fact that they're affordable I'm trying to work as hard as I can put some money aside for that I can walk to Vermont question is do they have any jobs nearby I do have transportation I'm not sure if I'm gonna be driving up there or am I going to be on a plane to See and live in a different atmosphere someplace peaceful my question is do you have any snakes or spiders and is it OK for me to exterminate upon moving back to Pepe's things and I'm really afraid of but then again I'm afraid of everything roaches rats snakes spiders bears wolves coyotes read more

It is my good fortune to be living at Stone Farm Apartments. The complex is well-maintained and has lots of green space and LOTS of parking. As a dog-owner, the spacious Bark Park is a phenomenal asset. Happy Hour takes on a whole new meaning as owners and dogs congregate and play after work! Loads of fun. The property manager and property maintenance folks are top-notch; they are professional, polite and courteous, attentive to every detail in a timely manner. In addition to taking full advantage of the Bark Park on a daily basis, we enjoy summer days on our private deck - so relaxing.
