If you enjoy stress free living you should probably look elsewhere. This company is nothing but a bunch of money hungry (insert derogatory term here). They will be all nice nice to get you into a "great" apartment only to show up unannounced, take weeks to fix things, be unavailable and just RUDE in any type of communication. Their building managers and staff could use a real lesson in etiquette. Also, not COIVD friendly at all. They barely clean on their designated saturdays. The place is consistently filthy. The place is marketed at "luxurious" prices but once that contract is signed it is anything but luxurious! STAY AWAY!! read more
