On Tuesday August 4, a friend asked me to pick something up from a dispensary, and Mankind was the…read moreclosest one to me. The building looked cool from the outside, lots of activity in this strip mall, and the security guard was genuinely friendly. After checking my ID, he asked if it was my first visit. I told him it was. I'm not really a smoker I was just shopping for a friend. Once inside, the experience completely changed. I was obviously lost, looking around like a dumbass trying to figure out what I needed, yet 2 employees walked right past me without offering help. When I finally flagged down an employee to ask about deals he pointed with an attitude to a small plastic sign instead of simply answering my question. My friend wanted Blue Dream, which was advertised at 40% off, so I grabbed two. At checkout, things got worse. I mentioned the first-time customer discount the security guard had told me about. Instead of checking, the employee insisted that "it's not your first time by a long shot. You've been here at least 10 times." We argued for a minute before he realized he'd pulled up someone else's profile. Then gave me a half-assed apology while looking in a completely different direction. He then got all funny about giving me a first-time discount because the items I bought were on sale. Which he DID NOT give me. Which is fine if that's the policy. My issue wasn't the discount it was being treated like I was lying. I walked out paying about what I would have paid elsewhere, but with a much worse experience. This brother couldn't see five minutes ahead of himself. He lost what could have been a consistent customer for about $15. I can tell he is not the owner. He is just a stingy employee. The security guard was great. Everyone else made sure my first and LAST visit would be exactly that. I'd rather spend my money at a dispensary with better customer service, even if it costs more. I guarantee you even with this excellent location the staff is going to run this place out of business. I would have to be desperate to go back into this place. But luckily there are tons of shop around with better reviews.

I'm so happy they offer discount codes via text Every week which saves me A lot My favorite part about this place is that I can go to the associate tell them my budget and what I'm looking for and they'll help me get everything I need within my price range. I often save money when I tell them my budget and use the discount code. Sundays they even have a buy 3 get 1 free deal They always offer really cool suggestions and their honest opinion about the products. They also have a wide range of products available. I've tried so many new things just from listening to the staff. Although they don't offer points to redeem money off ,their prices are clear and affordable and they don't add $20+ in taxes/fees like most other dispensaries. Parking is easy and I totally recommend.

Cannabis 21+ is my go-to dispensary for unbeatable prices and quality product…read more Products: This shop consistently offers the lowest prices on all name-brand products that always beats prices found at other dispensaries. The same product here will ALWAYS be better priced compared to other places. No one does it like Cannabis 21+. Be sure to bring cash since their card system functions like an ATM, which comes with a fee (common in the industry). Pro tip - they always have buy 3 get 1 free on all products on the store (must be same product line, ie same brand of gummies) on Sundays. Service: Shoutout to Dave and Alondra, who always make my visits enjoyable. They're knowledgeable, patient, and provide excellent customer care. At Cannabis 21+, you're paired with a "personal shopper" who guides you through the store, making the experience feel tailored and efficient. On my last visit, Miguel and Ken provided the same high level of service I've come to expect. Bottom line: Affordable prices without sacrificing quality. 5/5

On our way…read morehome from a day in LA, we thought we could stop by Catalyst and pick up before settling in at home. Their convenient location off the freeway was awesome for picking up before heading home. We park the car, and I go in because no kids allowed, I get it. I'm inside shopping with a budtender, as I finish shopping and head to check out, another worker comes by and whispers to the budtender. Worker asks me if I have a kid, I'm like "yes!" Thinking it would be a friendly interaction, but no, they denied me service for having a kid waiting in the car with my wife. My mistake was having my wife and kid step out of the car and stretch after a long drive, while they were waiting in the car. They were seen on the security cameras, thus denying me service. I complied and left, feeling embarrassed. It's crazy to think we live in a world where we can legally buy alcohol with a kid in the shopping cart, but Catalyst will shame and deny you service when your kid and wife are waiting in the car. It is not illegal to transport sealed cannabis with a kid in the car. Parents! There are so many better options. Pick an option that'll help and promote cannabis, not impose rules that are more strict than the state.
