We went to Auer CBD specifically for something to quell our aging dog's anxiety (she has the onset of doggie dementia). Especially for the New Year's Eve fireworks that always seem to be popping off all over our neighborhood. Our poor T.J. absolutely loses her mind and is inconsolable. We're afraid she'll have a stroke. In the past we have sedated her with meds but were looking for an alternative. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable about their products. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He directed us to some CBD jerky. It was a pretty good size container for $35. We bought it on his recommendation. He was right. On NYE we gave T.J. one piece around noon, another later in the afternoon, then a third in the evening. Fireworks were popping off in the neighborhood, and we could hear the professional displays off in the distance. They did not phase T.J. She was aware of the noise and paced a little bit, but a far cry from the mess she usually becomes. I definitely recommend Auer for all of your, or your pet's, CBD needs. read more

One of the best stores to get cbd gummy's and great service. Young man at the counter was really helpful and knowledgeable in what we wanted. Great value as well. read more

I have been using Auer CBD since quitting THC but still needing CBD for pain and CBN for sleep. This is the best storefront for CBD in San Diego. I love that they have THC free CBN products as well as CBG. The CBG/CBD apple gummies I use for pain, inflammation, pms and stress and they work really well. The CBN is great for sleep. The clerks are very helpful and the price point is reasonable. Im a regular! read more

Amazing selection! Super friendly staff, and very knowledgeable about their products! Definitely recommend checking them out!

They had us drive 35 miles because of their Buy One Get One sale. Add says Total sale, all stores. After I arrive the store says it's 15% off. When the clerk asked the owner why they weren't honoring the sale he told her "tell them to buy it online. Stores are separate". Don't come to this one. Prices go up regularly and no consideration. We came all that way without 2 autistic boys only to go back home and have to order online. I wouldn't have come all this way if this owner was an honest person. There are other shops for CBD and even online is better. read more

We just happen to stumble on the Market Street event/area while venturing out for date night. We wanted to have a nice day and dinner while enjoying the beach. I'm so glad we took that drive. While walking around we ran into Sarah. Sarah and her crew were awesome. Welcomed and learned about a lot of natural health remedies and treatments. My cousin and I suffer from knee and back pain. Let's not talk about surgeries. Sarah shared so many options and provided samples of pain ointments. We also got to try some Cannibas samples. Let me tell you she knows her stuff. We're not new to the holistic approach, but we're educated more about options. Thank you Sarah. See you soon If your 8n the area definitely check them out. They provide for the entire family, even your beloved pet. I did say entire family. Go check them out read more

Hadden is the CBD scientist!! Had my first CBD experience here and I had no idea what I was looking for. I stopped in to get something to help with anxiety and sleep, and just relaxation in general. Hadden took the time to listen to what I was looking for and answered all of my first time CBD user questions. He was very thorough in explaining the different types of CBD and went over all of the ingredients to make sure the products were right for me. The Auer CBD/CBG gummies are everything! They even have CBD for pets in this place! If you are a first timer or seasoned CBDer, stop in and check this place out! You won't be disappointed! read more

Not scamming their customers. The do NOT post the size of their CBD muscle cream and during the Labor Day sale I purchased the cream since it didn't have the size I figured it's the same size as I've always gotten. Went to the store after being told they will accommodate me. The owner refused to give me the sale price I was supposed to get when I purchased my item. They wanted me to pay the difference but pay the full price not the sale price. He also said they don't post how big the containers are because it goes by Cbd mg. How the hell am I supposed to know that am I a mind reader? He couldn't even give me a refund said he is not affiliated with the online store so he can't help me. I've never heard of a business that has an online store say "we aren't affiliated with them" THEY ARE BECAUSE YOU CAN DO IN STORE PICKUP. The online store doesn't even have a phone number so maybe they are not legit. You can't seem to get in touch with anyone besides email. I'm so pissed and feel so scammed by this I will NEVER buy their products again. Sad excuse for a company to not want to be helpful to their customers and for being fishy not posting their container size. I'd give a negative star if I could. UPDATE!!! Harry from the online store just called me. I explained the situation and he understood where I was coming from and apologized for my store experience. He let me know they will be adding container size to their website and explained how the store and online are still affiliated but run by someone else. He is sending the muscle bomb i wanted and told me to keep the one I have for my inconvenience. It is amazing when a company cares enough to contact you and make it right. They completely changed my mind and I will be ordering again. read more

I'd you don't understand CBD or CBN of CBG, this is the place to go. The young guy in OB with the long hair is amazing and so helpful. We live out of state 1/2 of each month and always order from here for both homes. read more

I really enjoy my experiences here. The staff is knowledgeable, super helpful, and seems genuinely interested in landing me on the right product. I first came in to investigate different CBD products to compliment what I was already using. (I've been using CBD for a long time, mostly for insomnia.) However, after listening to what I was experiencing and *exactly* what I was hoping to find, the salesperson recommended a CBN gummy instead. I think she was right because it's working well! The other people there I have talked have been great, too. Very friendly, professional and they know what they're talking about. Much appreciated! read more

I stopped in to get something to help me sleep at night. I had no idea what to get. Dillon was so very helpful. He showed me different options, explained how each one worked, etc. He was knowledgeable, helpful and just made a great impression on me. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I had to leave one about him because he went above and beyond with a smile on his face. Thank you Dillon. read more

I had originally planned on coming to OB to go to the black. I was in dire need to find a miracle juice for an upcoming urine test I have for my dream job. I was fortunate to meet Morgan! She was super friendly and extremely helpful. She helped me with her own personal experience with the product, which gave me peace of mind. I was not disappointed! I bought two bottles of the product. One to use as a test run and one for the day of. She was not wrong. I immediately went home and did a test and it came up negative! Thank you Morgan for your shining personality and helpful tips! I can now sleep at night! read more

Incredible business and even better (and professional) staff/ownership. Store is Veteran ran which is a huge plus in my opinion. I'm not sure why Yelp says this location is closed - maybe not updated since Covid, but anyways I was in here last weekend and as a fan of CBD this place makes you feel like you're a kid in a candy store. Morgan was extremely helpful, and I ended up purchasing the Peppermint CBD tincture. I put it in my coffee every day for added flavor, and its simply amazing! read more
