We went to Auer CBD specifically for something to quell our aging dog's anxiety (she has the onset of doggie dementia). Especially for the New Year's Eve fireworks that always seem to be popping off all over our neighborhood. Our poor T.J. absolutely loses her mind and is inconsolable. We're afraid she'll have a stroke. In the past we have sedated her with meds but were looking for an alternative. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable about their products. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He directed us to some CBD jerky. It was a pretty good size container for $35. We bought it on his recommendation. He was right. On NYE we gave T.J. one piece around noon, another later in the afternoon, then a third in the evening. Fireworks were popping off in the neighborhood, and we could hear the professional displays off in the distance. They did not phase T.J. I have been using Auer CBD since quitting THC but still needing CBD for pain and CBN for sleep. This is the best storefront for CBD in San Diego. They had us drive 35 miles because of their Buy One Get One sale. Add says Total sale, all stores. After I arrive the store says it's 15% off. When the clerk asked the owner why they weren't honoring the sale he told her "tell them to buy it online. Stores are separate". Don't come to this one. Prices go up regularly and no consideration. We came all that way without 2 autistic boys only to go back home and have to order online. I wouldn't have come all this way if this owner was an honest person. Not scamming their customers. The do NOT post the size of their CBD muscle cream and during the Labor Day sale I purchased the cream since it didn't have the size I figured it's the same size as I've always gotten. Went to the store after being told they will accommodate me. The owner refused to give me the sale price I was supposed to get when I purchased my item. They wanted me to pay the difference but pay the full price not the sale price. He also said they don't post how big the containers are because it goes by Cbd mg. How the hell am I supposed to know that am I a mind reader? He couldn't even give me a refund said he is not affiliated with the online store so he can't help me. I've never heard of a business that has an online store say "we aren't affiliated with them" THEY ARE BECAUSE YOU CAN DO IN STORE PICKUP. The online store doesn't even have a phone number so maybe they are not legit. You can't seem to get in touch with anyone besides email. I'm so pissed and feel so scammed by this I will NEVER buy their products again. Sad excuse for a company to not want to be helpful to their customers and for being fishy not posting their container size. I'd give a negative star if I could. UPDATE!!! Harry from the online store just called me. I explained the situation and he understood where I was coming from and apologized for my store experience.
