After a 5 mile walk at the Wild Animal Park, my friend and I were discussing the importance of medical marijuana when you are suffering from aches and pains. We decided to go to a Dispensory, but after checking on line, saw Mack and Bro's! We called the number and left a message. Mack called us back and we agreed on a place to meet in Poway, and he brought the product to us. Will not respond for days at a time. Had old and expired products that are no longer potent or active. Not to mention the whole operation is illegal as fuck. He pulls up to your house with pounds in a turkey bag. No quality control or product knowledge what do ever. Used to be a solid option since there aren't many dispensaries in the area. But this guy is a waste of time. read more

Out of all the dispensaries I've been to in San Diego, Mack and Bros is 100% my favorite. First of all, they are quick. They provide the best customer service and reply so fast. Now to review the products, they have every strain. I've literally tried everything. From Stoney Patch (sour patch kinda) gummies to the chocolates to the nerds ropes to the cbd infused gummies. I recommend every products. The chocolates are great if you want to chill and sleep well and the Stoney Patches are amazing to have some good laughs with your friends. Not to mention amazing munchies. I recommend this place. Great service, products, and prices!!!! read more

I am new to this whole cannabis thing and I had a few questions. I called several places before Mack and Bros. Wow, rude. He didn't want to hear my questions and kept rushing me order something. Totally couldn't believe it when he hung up on me. I tried calling back, giving him the benefit of the doubt but haven't heard anything. There is something to say about customer service, even when your'e high. read more

You matter here until you don't…read more This is critical information to know about who you are giving money to. Below are the facts. TLDR, even if it feels friendly and like your second home for years, when faced with an opportunity to return loyalty, the manager, Richard, won't. But, most importantly, he won't be even remotely warm about it. And you may very well walk away feeling belittled and insignificant and a little taken advantage of. You may feel condescended to and if you're a woman you might question what a woman might question. But you will absolutely feel disposable. The day of the incident, I wrote the following statement of facts: I've been a regular loyal customer of my dispensary for 3 years. I've spent a lot of money at my dispensary over the last 3 years. The staff, especially the security officer recognize me when I walk in. My visit prior to this visit I had forgotten my identification but the door attendant was understanding and let me tell him my drivers license number and show him my debit card with my name on it as a one time exception since they did know me. (See below note.) Today's visit to the dispensary started the same as all of my other visits until I encountered Richard, the lobby attendant and manager of the dispensary. I realized I hadn't put my ID back in my purse and explained to him that I didn't have ID, but I did know the number and could show him my big stack of cards with my name on them. And that they were able to do it as an exception before by looking it up. Richard's response was to tell me he couldn't make an exception because an exception had already been made. I pleaded with him to please give me an exception and that I swore it wouldn't happen again. When I asked for a second he replied that they had already. I attempted to reason with Richard that it was obvious who I was. He stated that "you have to have ID to go places." I replied that I understood that he has discretion and authority to make exceptions and that I was a regular who has spent quite a lot of money over the years at his dispensary. He reaffirmed his decision, speaking detached, unaffected, and unsympathetic. I left, telling him I wouldn't be back. (I did have to come back with my ID because I didn't have time to find a different dispensary in the time I had available. Richard was not present when I returned. On my way out, I told the security officer that I really appreciated him and how kind he had been to me over the years and to please let his manager know that I understood his authority and that I was a writer who would be writing letters and reviews.) This review is cross posted across platforms. Note: In hindsight I recall the original person who helped me had me pull up a photo of my ID on my phone. I didn't remember that at the time of the incident today, but Richard did not offer any solutions to help me.

Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would -- 10 stars for sure! The cannabis is top-quality, just like it should be -- the traditional way sticky and strong. It's so hard to find good cannabis these days, but this service truly delivered. For just $70, I got a great deal: 9 pre-rolls, about 3 grams, and 2 grams of high-quality vape cartridges product.
